Spacious villa in the exclusive Queens Grant community within Palmetto Dunes plantation. The villa is stand-alone, rather than apartment style, so there's no one above you or below you. It has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, well-stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit, an enclosed backyard, and an outdoor shower. Other amenities include 3 flat-screen tvs, wifi, a landline with free local calls. Robert Trent Jones golf course and tennis courts steps away, also short walk to the beach, and a short bike ride to Shelter Cove marina and a brand new shopping center, featuring Poseidon restaurant, Kroger grocery store, and Whole Foods. Bike trails throughout. Landline/cable/wireless internet, utilities, housekeeping fee, and trash pick-up included. Sorry, no pets. Standard rates from $180 - $295 per night (3 nights minimum stay) and $900 - $1,475 per week. Contact owner for monthly rates outside of the special monthly rates listed above.
During peak season (April 1st - Sept 30th), we have a NO PETS policy. During off-peak season (Oct 1st - March 31st), we are dog-friendly (up to 40 pounds) for an additional, non-refundable charge. This charge is used to do a thorough steam clean of all furniture and carpets for guests' allergy concerns. Other restrictions may apply per Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort's policy.
I was born and raised in New York, but my family started the tradition of driving down to Hilton Head Island decades ago. We continue to visit HHI at least once a just never get tired of it! I've come to truly love everything that HHI is about, and I'm looking forward to moving there permanently one day. In the mean time, I'm happy to have purchased a villa that I can use as a vacation rental and share the HHI experience with others.

Location, location, location! Palmetto Dunes is at the center of it all and the perfect spot on Hilton Head Island. It's away from the touristy hubbub of Sea Pines/HarbourTown, close to both the bay and the ocean, and offers everything the island is known for - beaches, golf, tennis, kayaking, fishing, etc. Queens Grant villas offer the feel of a house and the safety of a private community. The community amenities include swimming pools, aesthetic lakes, and plenty of parking. The unit itself is towards the back of the community, so it's quieter and doesn't get much traffic, but it's still very convenient to everything.
Special local discounts because my villa is managed by Palmetto Dunes Property Management. Their office is located diagonally across from the Queens Grant community, right next to Palmetto Dunes security.
