Oceanfront 2-Bedroom Suite In Cancun
This spacious air-conditioned 2-bedroom suite includes a living room and kitchenette, 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies.
Crown Paradise Club Cancun is listed in the 'Top 10 for Families in Latin America and the Caribbean' by TripAdvisor. Families love this all inclusive resort for its nightly live entertainment, seven restaurants, kids' clubs for babies through teens, several pools, water slides, gorgeous beach, and many varied activities for all !!
Unlike other resorts that have one basic kids' club, Crown Paradise Cancun breaks down the fun by age group. For the youngsters, Baby Paradise has an air-conditioned clubhouse and cushioned playground. At Kids' Paradise, 4- 12-year-olds sail the seven seas on a pirate's ship complete with water chutes, slides and water cannons. Teens have access to the Teen Paradise Club at Crown Paradise Club Cancun, where they can make new friends over a game of ping-pong or soccer. Movies are shown throughout the day and evening on a large screen in a room set off the games room. When the sun sets, teen fun really begins at the Nitro Club where teens can dance the night away, while sipping non-alcoholic drinks at the moon party. They can also play electronic games in Jetix.
Adults might enjoy Trafalgars Bar, the hotel's spa, or reading a book by the pool. For more adventure, there are two floodlit tennis courts for playing at night time, as well as a multi-purpose court for playing basketball and soccer and there is a mini-golf course. Overlooking the beach is a volleyball court and in the pool, water polo and aqua-aerobics are offered. There are also aerobics classes, scuba diving demonstrations, a gymnasium, ping pong tables, mini-golf, 2 water slides and a games room!!
Crown Paradise Cancun's seven restaurants have enough choices for picky eaters and enough food for ravenous teens, including La Palapa’s International Buffet, open from 7am-11pm (closed for one hour between breakfast and lunch and two hours between lunch and dinner), Fujiyama offering Japanese and Chinese delicacies, Wayne's Boots, an 'Old West' steakhouse, Los Gallos (an authentic Mexican Restaurant), Fisherman´s (Seafood Restaurant), La Piazza (an a la carte Italian Restaurant), and finally, the adult-only Sans Souçis, an a la carte Gourmet Restaurant.
Crown Paradise Club is happy to assist in the booking of day excursions. Most popular are Xel-Há (one of the amazing attractions, a natural aquarium park considered the largest aquarium in the world), Chichen-Itza (a large pre-Columbian city built by the Maya people of the Terminal Classic), and the Tulum Ruins.

We are a family of 5, and our three sons have loved our visits to Crown Paradise Club Cancun. They have not yet tired of the fun, however sharing our weeks with others has allowed us to travel to wonderful new locations together. Beyond the never-ending food, volleyball and waterslides, our boys' favorite memory is cliff jumping at Xel-Ha. Our one night at the adult-only Sans Soucis during each trip remains a highlight for us, the parents!
Glenn Michael Penna purchased this hotel in 2008
We chose this property as we knew that our family wouldn't be able to tire of it, and we were right! The water and the beach are gorgeous. The resort is friendly and clean. There is always something to do for everyone.
The market comes to Crown Paradise each week and there is always an interesting artisan to watch and great shopping opportunities! The live entertainment is just fabulous! Our children have enjoyed great independence at the resort, as we have found it incredibly safe.
Glenn was easy to reach and easy to talk to about the property. He was helpful and forthright without trying to oversell the property to get a rental. Thank you!
I could not give this a 5-star rating because the property is not a 5-star place by 2017 standards. We knew that going in, and we were not disappointed. The staff here are incredibly willing to help in any way. They really want guests to enjoy their stay. From the bellboy who greeted us as we arrived, to the restaurant waiters and the staff in the VIP bar on the 8th floor (a small perk that comes with Glenn's property) to the managers we spoke with, everyone was great! They do appreciate tips and remember you when you do, but I never saw anyone 'expecting' one or treating folks who did not tip as 2nd class. (Bring $100 in 1s and you will be golden!) The suite we were given was 3 connecting rooms with 2 full baths and 1/2 bath with shower, 4 Full beds and 1 King - perfect! All rooms were quite clean, breezy and filled with ocean sounds - and no shortage of hot water or cold AC. The only minor blip was that our kitchenette was missing its fridge - not a showstopper as we were not really looking to cook or store much food - although it would have been handy for storing some of the great fish we caught on our trip until we were ready to cook/eat. Activities were plentiful! Ideal for pre-teens and adults - the only gap was evening entertainment for those kids who are not fully adult but no longer really 'kids' either. (Admittedly a tough age). The rooms did have flat panels with HDMI inputs, so bring an iPad with a favorite movie if you want/need a night of chilling in the room. Wi-fi works 'OK' around property, but I never really tested it in the room. It seems like keeping all the elevators operating is a challenge for them based on reviews (1 of the 3 was out during our stay). We were on the 3rd floor, so we just used the stairs the whole week - burning off a bit of food and booze. Restaurants were solid - we preferred the Seafood, Steak and Mexican venues in that order. The buffet was fine as well - much variety with multiple places for 'personalized' options. Desserts were the weak spot - need more variety/quality needed. With boys 21, 19 and 15, we put a good dent in the supplies. The gym was rarely crowded. Elliptic machines need work, but treadmills, free weights and machines were all fine. And - it overlooks the beach and turquoise ocean. Overall - GREAT VALUE!
Extraordinary service from the owner
very friendly staff,
restaurants are good but the Italian one needs a bit more flavour
Great evening shows especially the Broadway show and Circus
- shade area to lie down
- entertainment crew must eliminate allusions to guns and bazooka in their performances with all tragedy happening internationally
Our family of four (kids were 4 and 6) had a blast during our stay. We bounced from pool to pool and then to the beach and back to the pools each day. The kids club water slides were also a big hit. We did mini golf, and our son in particular loved the air hockey table in the game room after dinner each night. The kids also loved the variety show each night, so much so that we let them stay up past their bedtime seven nights in a row. The buffet always had something everyone could be happy with, and we happily went to a different theme restaurant most nights. We had several side trips planned, but wound up being perfectly content with the pool, buffet, show routine most days. Two years later, the kids still regularly ask when we are going back to Cancun!!
Cancun was a beautiful place to visit, and the resort was very well maintained. We loved being able to choose from sitting by a pool or walking along a gorgeous white beach! We found the room to be just like one of the layouts in the advertisement. We had 3 balconies, which all of us were able to enjoy! We were able to travel to locations of interest with ease. Onsite staff helped with booking either in a private van (which we did and were most happy with) or on a big bus, with lots of other tourists. Xel-Ha is well worth a visit!!
Food was incredible, whether in the busy buffet or with reservations in private dining. I traveled with children, and there were tons of activities for them, which kept them busy and happy. Staff onsite were very pleasant and always helpful, one of them even running off to grab a last minute burger for one of the kids for the ride to the airport. Accommodations were super - all needs were provided for. We couldn't have picked a better spot for my family.
I highly recommend this trip to anyone interested in all-inclusive. It was fabulous! Making the reservations with the owners was easy, and they were very responsive to all of the questions we sent them.
