This condo is fully livable with washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and grill. Free wifi with unlimited data and cable TV with the Sports package. Hit the slopes hard and enjoy the 55 inch flat screen with BlueRay over the fireplace while your boots dry for the next day with our boot drying station. Slip into the hot tub and enjoy the gym and clubhouse conveniently located right next door. Other units in this complex have to jump in the car to get to the hot tub we are right next door and that is a huge bonus. After relaxing, enjoy our comfortable beds and melt away into a nice clean slumber. Yes, we are clean freaks and your stay will be clean and nice. Did we mention that we include a garage space as well so your car stays ice/snow free? There is ample parking for additional vehicles outside the building.

We are young professionals with kids that bought this condo together. We are clean freaks and pay extra to have things nice with nice amenities all around.

Why Owner/Property Manager chose Utah

As local people, we chose this property because of the location. It is the same exit as the backside of Deer Valley and a few minutes to the Gondola and a few minutes to Park City. It is also more central to other attractions like Jordanelle and Midway. We like to Snow and Water Ski, snow shoe, fly fish, hike, bike and enjoy the quaint towns and food around.

What makes this condo unique

Right next to the hot tub, washer and dryer and stocked kitchen. We like things clean and soft, so we think you will too. Because we are located right next to the park city border, you pay less!

Great place for guys ski trip

Stayed at Fox Bay Drive condo for our annual guys' ski trip. Owners were easy to work with, and everything went off without a hitch. Location is just 3 minutes away from Jordanelle Gondola at Deer Valley, and a quick 15 minute jump up to Park City and the Canyons ski areas. Great to have a covered parking space for loading and unloading. The place is clean and comfortable, and accommodated four people quite easily. Kitchen is well appointed, and it is an added bonus that the unit is very close to the hot tub. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place at a great value for a ski getaway!

This was a great condo. It had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Loved that is was located near Lake Jordanelle and only a short drive to downtown Park City. Cute decor.

The condo was comfy and clean

The condo is comfy and clean. The bunk bed mattress are pretty hard. Which kids seem to handle ok. Other than that the condo was prefect. The pool and hot tub are right next to the building. We had a fun weekend. The only drawback besides the bunk bed mattresses is the check out time. Thought 10 am was early. Especially when you are expected to get the towels into the dryer. We washed them the night before and used our pool towels on check out day which helped. Over all happy with our stay and would stay again.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the review and staying with us. FYI, as per our instructions, the washing of towels is appreciated but Optional. The 10:00 check out time ensures we can do all of the laundry and cleaning for the next tenant. We take cleaning very seriously.

Perfect Base for a Ski Trip

Fox Bay Condos are ideally situated for enjoying Utah snow. Plus, they allow for visits by family to enjoy the experience with you. Our stay this time was an extended one - three weeks - during which we felt completely at home. This was our first use of this particular condo, but we intend to use it again. It is well equipped, well maintained, and adjacent to the amenities of the administration building. Also, Dan is very responsive - more host than landlord. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Clean Luxury Review (ID 3887862)

A nice and clean unit overall with all of the things you need for a small family. I rented this unit for ski trip to Park City area.....works well for 3-4 persons.

Location.....Access to Deer Valley is very convenient using the Jordanelle Gondola which is 3 minutes drive from unit. Can also purchase lift ticket there and avoid long lines at main base area. Not many folks use this gondola, so never a line and parking is very convenient with short walk to lift. Downside is that there is no driving access into DV from this side of the mountain. Google Maps shows road access into back of DV from unit, but DV has made this road private access, with gate. Drive back down I-40 into Park City is not terribly long, but takes time if in and out a couple of times a day. If planning to ski Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, etc, Kimball Junction area saves driving time.

Bedrooms....Master has king bed, but a bit large for the room. Not enough space for a night stand on either side of the bed, so that is tucked into a corner at foot of bed. Second bedroom has a queen against windows at on one side of bed so that you can't exit from that side. Bunk beds are in same room against adjacent wall, blocking access to most of the closet in that room with bottom of bunks nearly touching queen bed. Again, no space for a nightstand any where....just too many beds in that room.

Living room is also pretty small, with one comfy couch and an uncomfortable metal chair for seating. Room is open to kitchen and eating area, so this space and kitchen table chairs can be used for more seating. Really tight if more than 4 persons in unit.

Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Pots and pans have seen better days, but functional. Cabinets have no pulls knobs to open doors....seemed I always grabbed wrong side to open. Fridge not shown in photos is white while other appliances are stainless.

Bathrooms are good size and clean. Towels are old, a bit rough and ragged along many edges. Mirror in master bath mounted very low so person 6 feet tall has neck and head not visible unless bending over. Plunger next to toilet stored in a 3-gal bucket was unappealing.

Garage is very nice if visiting in winter. Would be nice to have opener for use in vehicle instead of exiting vehicle to enter code into keypad, especially when raining or snowing.

Grill needs brush for cleaning grate.
