Seaside is a private, luxury home located on the very northern tip of Anna Maria Island. It looks directly at the Skyway Bridge, Egmont Key and Downtown St. Petersburg- you will not find a more breathtaking view anywhere on the island. The home has the charm of a New England style beach cottage both inside and out. Wainscoting, chair rails, crown molding and coffered ceilings add that outstanding finishing touch throughout the house.

There are two porches facing the water in which to sit and enjoy the views. Your private beach is only a few steps from the back of the property. There is a very unique enclosed, private porch off the back that has louvered shutters as to continuously allow the cool ocean breezes to flow through. The water is calm, perfect for swimming and fishing. The garage is oversized, plenty of room for vehicles. There are bikes, beach chairs, towels and toys provided. Rocking chairs on both balconies and a porch swing facing the water on the ground level.

The home has a very cozy living room that looks off the back through floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen has high quality tiles, fixtures and appliances and is fully stocked with all cookware and dinnerware. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen bed and one with (2) bunk beds sets. The laundry/beach room is over-sized with a full size shower and direct access from the porch so as to allow for showing after coming right up from the beach. There is also a foot and full body shower outside as well.

The second level has the Master Suite with King bed and full views of the Skyway bridge. The is a common area with couch that is perfect for relaxing with a book. The 4th room is a bonus captains loft area with low ceilings and 1 day bed- a perfect area for kids to sleep and hang out away by themselves. There is a new flat screen TV in all 4 of these rooms as well as the 2nd level common area. The house is full of beach atmosphere- this is truly Anna Maria Island luxury at it's finest.

Best vacation in Anna Maria yet!

We stay in Anna Maria every year with our kids at least twice a year. This last year, we stayed and invited some family to stay as well for our sons first birthday party. We were here for a full week and it was amazing! The house was very very clean, we had lots of towels for everyone, the sheets were all clean and the kayaks and bikes were all in great condition. We did not have any leaks or maintenance issues whatsoever. The location was amazing and almost no one past our part of the beach all week! There was a public not too far away for our groceries either! We will for sure be staying again!

Family with Kids

Our family has been vacationing on Anna Maria Island every year for the past 4 years. Our rental homes have always been great until this year.This house was HORRIBLY MAINTAINED. We had water pouring through the ceiling for 4 DAYS. The property manager was not responding by phone, and we finally had to go to the office ourselves to get someone to come to the house. When they finally sent a technician out, it was found that the air conditioner drain was all clogged up and water was spilling out. The technician said that the property owner didn't have any kind of maintenance plan to prevent something like this. We had pots and towels spread all over to catch water. We had to do laundry constantly to dry all the towels. So not only was there water pouring through the ceiling, but the air conditioner stopped working as well. It being 90 degrees outside, it wasn't too comfortable. On top of this, the refrigerator also stopped working. After going through all this we thought there should be some sort of partial reimbursement for their failure to maintain the property, but they didn't think so. AVOID THIS RENTAL. NOT WORTH IT. We were on the edge of a tropical storm for one day while we were there and there was a lot of rain, but we never had any power outages of more than a few minutes, so there weren't any electrical issues with the air conditioner and refrigerator. The water coming through the ceiling was on the first floor. IT WAS NOT FROM RAIN COMING THROUGH THE ROOF, it was due to a clogged drain from the air conditioner. The air conditioner technician told me himself that this would of happened regardless if there was heavy rain or not, as the rain had nothing to do with the clogged drain. This wasn't an UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCE, it was the result of not paying for maintenance on their air conditioning unit. Again, the air conditioner technician told me the owner's didn't pay to have a maintenance plan, and if they had, the drain would have been cleared. So instead of the owner's paying for a plan to keep the air conditioner in working order, we had to deal with water pouring through the ceiling for 4 days. LOUSY MAINTENANCE AND VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. If the water pouring through the ceiling was from the storm I could understand that there would be no partial reimbursement, as that is uncontrollable, but the water pouring through the ceiling was caused by the owner's neglect in maintaining the property. AGAIN, AVOID THIS POORLY MAINTAINED RENTAL.
