Shoreline Villas townhomes are located on the Gulf on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, just east of Carillon Beach. Right out the back door is a stretch of sugar white beach with a magnificent unobstructed view in both directions.

Our home is casually and comfortably furnished and decorated. The main living area on the first floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, and a half bath. The three bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom offers a beautiful view of the beach and an inviting private balcony. If you're looking for a casual, comfortable gulf-front house with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation, this house is for you! This is a perfect beach house for a family of 6 to 7.

The Shoreline Villas are conveniently located close to amenities and activities. There are two grocery stores within a quarter mile. Pier Park is just a 5-7 minute drive to the east where you'll find excellent shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, several night clubs, a 16 theater cinema, and many activities for the kids, including amusement park rides, laser tag, bungee jumping, and more. You can also grab a coffee drink at Starbucks or pick up an ice cream cone or some fudge at one of several sweet shops.

Just a few miles to the west is Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, where you can rent bikes to cruise the Scenic 30-A bike trail, enjoy a casual lunch on the patio of Wild Olives or Summer Kitchen, or enjoy one of several first class restaurants for fine dining. If you enjoy music, you are sure to enjoy 'Groovin on the Green concert series in Carillon Beach, which is less than a quarter mile away. Our location is ideal for a family vacation.

There are five public golf courses within a 30 minute drive of Shoreline Villas. Camp Creek is arguably the nicest of the group. The two courses at Bay Point are also highly regarded, as are the 27 holes at The Hombre. Signal Hill is a forgiving open course that is a good value and not as challenging. Holiday Club is rated somewhere between Signal Hill and The Hombre.

Why Vacation Home Manager chose Florida Panhandle

We were drawn to the west end of Panama City Beach because it is quiet and family oriented. The traffic is light and all the activities we enjoy on vacation are within minutes of the house. We also like the fact that there are no high rise condominiums near our house so the beach behind the house never gets very crowded.

Beautifully Decorated beach front property

We had a wonderful stay at Shoreline Villas #11. Great location. Covered parking for your vehicle is perfect. You can just step right outside to the beautiful beach. Not overly crowded beach area. Plenty of beach toys for kids and 2 patios to sit and enjoy the breathtaking view of the gulf. The only negative we had is that the pans were overused. We would suggest replacing the "non stick" skillets as they were hard to cook with or guests just bring one of your own if you can.

Relaxation and Convenience...

This was our second visit to this property and a perfect fit for five adults and a baby.

It is located conveniently to grocery stores and restaurants, yet doesn't make you feel like you are in a heavily commercialized area. If you choose to dine out - travel east or west and you have a wonderful selection. Seaside is close and offers free concerts during the weekday evenings, quaint shops and a very family-friendly atmosphere.

The property is literally on the beach. No long wooden pathway to walk to get to the sand - you are already there. Depending on the time of year you go, sometimes you have the beach all to yourself in the morning. The sand is kept clean and there is plenty of room when the weekend rolls around beach traffic picks up. The unit has a storage area in the breezeway where you park your car. Check it out before you run out to buy boogie boards, beach umbrellas, chairs, children's sand toys - because this time it was stocked full from travelers unable to take their 'toys' home! A grill is available and we had to buy charcoal and then just left it behind for the next family.

The unit is decorated beautifully - very 'beachy'! The beds are comfortable and have plenty of storage space for clothes. Bathrooms are furnished with plenty of towels. Kitchen is equipped, but don't expect to have any essentials there other than a package of coffee filters. Unlike some units we've rented over the years - there are minimal dry goods left behind. My only complaint this trip was the discovery that only one roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom!! The necessity to run out for toilet paper at 11pm was less than desirable. All supplies were rationed. In a unit accomodating five adults and a baby - we quickly went through one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, clothes washer detergent. Even the softener was rationed to only have enough for about three loads... I've never stayed anywhere where we had to replenish such basic items. Other than that - everything else was fabulous and you just can't beat the location if you're looking for a relaxing time.

Perfect!

Great location. Quiet. We'll equipped for kitchen and laundry needs. Attractively decorated. Loved the swing and well stocked beach closet. Felt right at home the minute we walked in the door.

Great Condo. Best stocked condo ever. Well decorated.

I've rented over 10 condos in this area of PCB over the years. This is a great place, convenient location and wonderful beach especially for families. Everything one needs, including beach chairs, toys for kids and umbrellas. The kitchen is great, everything one needs. Only complaint is kids ( young adults)thought front bed mattress very hard, but to each their own.

A "WOW" kind of place!

Beautifully situated while being close to a huge number of amenities; and the view, the view, is what dreams are made of. we have been coming here for more years than we can remember and neither time nor age diminishes our joy of returning to our winter home on the beach. We highly recommend to anyone (and what a great place this is for families seeking a summer's vacation) searching for "Summer's Perfect Place" choosing our WINTER FANTASY LAND!

Fabulous Vacation Condo!!

Our vacation at Shoreline Villas #11 was perfect. Ideal location: grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, all within minutes.

This condo was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with all of the amenities advertised.

Really don't want my review to be read by many.... 'cause I want to be able to reserve at least a couple of times/year!

Notes:
The home is located right on the beach. We have covered parking for two vehicles under the house, which is elevated on pilings. We have a two person swing where you can enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean in the shade. Since the house is elevated, guests must be comfortable climbing stairs to get into the house and to access the sleeping areas on the second floor. There is a covered balcony on the first floor with a table and chairs overlooking the beach. We also have a table and chairs on the master bedroom balcony overlooking the beach.
