It's a top floor unit serviced by the elevator, with 20 foot high ceilings, and windows all the way up for lots of natural light. It doesn't just feel big, at over 1100 square feet, the condo is larger than most 2-Bedrooms in the area, and with a bedroom and bathroom on each of the 2 levels, there's plenty of space to spread out! Upgrades to the property include granite counters in the kitchen and both bathrooms, new cabinets & appliances, HDTV, as well as new paint & furniture. Housecleaning responded quickly when we requested addtl towels

Locker on 1st floor to hold ski gear


Comfortably accommodates 6 (8 is a stretch)

Elevator in bldg but there are quite a few steps from garage to bldg, esp when you’re loaded down with bags.

No shades on upper portion of floor to ceiling windows so unit gets warm and very bright for anyone sleeping in loft.

Washer/dryer and trash area not very conveniently located.

Overall good value for the price and we would definitely stay here again.

Inconvenient, needing upgrades, lack of cleanliness--NOT disability compliant

Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned (last cleaning was 5/26/17--we arrived 6/18!). Trash and beds still in disorder. Contacted "management" told it would be taken care of. After 3 hours of "cleaning" we still had dirty dishes to contend with, the rugs needed a vacuum but the linens were changed! There was a missing towel rack in the downstairs bathroom, along with bulbs out. The fridge would not properly adjust temperature, it either froze our fresh produce or left everything barely cool. With high cathedral ceilings, there were no curtains for the upper windows, so at 6AM my grandkids were awakened by the light streaming in. The window next to the entryway had a security LED light outside of it, and it shown in directly to the downstairs bedroom. A curtain or some kind of covering for this window would be appropriate. The entire facility is NOT disability compliant. My wife has been having issues with her back and it was difficult to climb many stairs to reach the elevator. One cannot get to the elevator without using stairs--disability? Access to the underground garage (dank & dark--again many stairs) was on note paper in the unit, but you had to access the unit first. Kind of backwards? We didn't use it because of the extra stairs. The maintenance staff was very friendly and the views were great, but with the other issues we will not be back. It looked like a great place to spend our vacation, but we were disappointed in the accommodations.
