Charming apt. in Montmartre, next to the Sacre Cœur, fully equipped (Wifi, Cable), fully furnished (comfortable queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, double sofa-bed) and very attentive owner!
Recently remodeled, so it is not that 'typical' in the sense that it looks much better than the average ;)
Near the metro stations of Abbesses (Line 12) and Anvers (Line 2). Quick access from Airports, especially from Charles de Gaulle (25min via RER).
Located in Montmartre, where you find the most charming and typical 'Parisian' streets in the city with a huge offer of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Is the reason why I decided to move here in the first place!
I've travelled a lot, so I offer what I believe is very important: a clean and beautiful apartment, good location, high speed internet; wash/drying machine, and a coffee machine :).... and having a local host for advice!
I am originally from Venezuela, so I speak spanish in addition to english and french. I studied in Berkeley, in California, and moved to France 7 years ago. I workout regularly and enjoy outdoor sports. I enjoy a lot eating good food too!
I've travelled a lot, so I know how important it is to find a nice and clean place to stay, well located, and with all that is needed to survive (including internet and a coffee machine?) :)
The Owner purchased this apartment in 2010

Very quiet. Lots of Parisian charm. Great location.
This 4th floor walk-up in the 18th Arrondissement provided us a perfect home base for exploring Montmartre. Our host, Reynaldo was there to greet us. He spent considerable time and care introducing us to the apartment and the neighborhood. He speaks excellent English, which spared me the embarrassment of using my French. The apartment itself is comfortable, certainly adequate, but could benefit from some updates: nicer towels and bed linens, perhaps a small oven or microwave. But these are "girl" esthetics, possibly not at all important to the average traveler. The walkable quarter around the apartment is clean and always felt safe. It is three minutes walk from a lively area offering several cafés and restaurants, all with sidewalk tables, good food and friendly service. A five minute walk up several flights of stairs takes one to the Sacre Coeur Cathedral. Here every afternoon and evening, local people and tourists mix on the hilltop steps to watch the light fade over Paris. Finally, don't neglect to pick up a fresh baguette from Pain Pain, just a few doors down from the apartment. This lovely little bakery took first prize in 2012 for "Best Baguette in Paris".
The apartment was clean and the location was terrific. Reynaldo was a pleasure to deal with, and extremely helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here.
I just spent three months at Reynaldo's apartment in Montmartre. The location is ideal in an area that offers restaurants, cafes, boutiques - but, more importantly, a unique village feeling. This is a special part of Paris, and the location of this apartment affords you all of the pleasures in a quiet, charming setting. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and full of Paris charm. Reynaldo is very responsive and eager to make your stay a pleasant experience. I was alone in Paris for three months and I always felt that I had someone to call if I needed anything. It was a special Paris experience.
This apartment is lovely, decorated to a lovely standard. It has everything you need - comfy bed, nice bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, tv, fast wi-fi, washer/dryer. We stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. We travelled with our 2 year old daughter and she loved it also!
Reynaldo was fab - great communication when booking and before we arrived and extremely helpful. We arrived late on a Sunday and he had gone to the trouble to get us some milk, bread etc which was very thoughtful and appreciated.
The location was brilliant - turn right out of the apartment and a few hundred yards down the road you are pretty much at the foot of the Sacre-Cour and all the tourist shops/cafes. Turn left out of the apartment and there are lovely boutiques, boulangeries, and a short walk to abbesses which is full of lovely bars/restaurants/shops.
Would definately return and stay in this apartment. Only slight thing to mention is is you have difficulty walking this is 4 floors up with no lift - we managed though and that was carrying a 2 year old and a buggy! 5 Stars!!
We were in Paris for 11 days and stayed here in Montmartre. The apartment was clean, well stocked for making simple meals and the bed is really comfy. It is small (as our most Paris apartments), but it has a large closet for clothes and is very well laid out. Reynaldo, our host, made sure we had all we need. It is close to the Metro and we were able to use public transportation to see everything we desired in the city. Montmartre itself is a great area of the city with fruit stands, cheese and pastry shops and plenty of good restaurants.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to any couple traveling to Paris.
My hubby and I stayed here for 5 days in our recent trip to Paris. We loved the space as it was perfect for the two of us, cozy and spacious enough, although the place is a little tighter than the pictures would suggest it's a good space for a Paris apartment. (Everything is tighter in Paris compared to US standards) The apt had everything we needed including a washer. It is on the 4th floor, so you do have to walk up a bit, which we didn't mind (but maybe a factor for some). It was in a quiet building, which we also loved. The neighborhood was just fantastic - the apt is just down the block from a fantastic bakery with the best baguette I ever had, blocks from great restaurants and the Sacre Coeur. Easy access to the metro.
It was also easy to arrange with our host, who speaks perfect English and was very hospitable and accommodating. He let us check in very early - like 8 am - on the day of our arrival. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone!
