This is one of the most comfortable apartments we can offer to you up to this day.
Simple design, great location, overwhelming view, and all the necessities define this apartment.
It is located in the city center and has a breathtaking panoramic view of the city streets.
The apartment has a free and safe parking spot inside the yard behind automatic gates. (CCTV cameras monitor the territory)
While is located in the heart of Kaunas city. Public transport could not be easier from this location. Almost all of Kaunas busses go through here

The TV is Smart - TV has various apps on it. One of the best is "Youtube" and "Netflix" The place is located on 6 floor. There is an elevator. All of the apartment is yours. You do not have to share any space with other guests or people.

The neighborhood is calm, with friendly people around.
A lot of bicycle lanes.
Great public transport opportunities.
Overall, perfect access to all parts of the city and a lovely community.

There are newly constructed walking and bicycle paths, and nearby Public transportation is perfect.
You can get to any part of Kaunas you want.
Due to Bus and railway stations being nearby, you can travel to other cities with ease too.
It will take around 20-30 minutes to get to any part of Kaunas by bus. Or 10-15 minutes with a car.
