Our executive upgraded townhouse features 1,600 SF of living space and located in the desirable community of 'Airdrie' which is 12 mins from Calgary airport, 25 from Downtown Calgary, and 90 mins from Banff. The house is very well maintained, in excellent conditions with lots of windows and natural light.
The Main floor is spacious open concept with fireplace in the Living room, dining area, Kitchen, and half bath. The kitchen has an upgraded espresso cabinets, kitchen island, raised granite eating bar. Upper Floor has the Master bedroom with its ensuite and two other well sized bedrooms and second bathroom. Basement is a great finished open space for family gathering as well.
Furniture and Appliances: The house is fully furnished with living area furniture, 40' LCV TV, dining set, Full Master Bedroom, One queen bed, one twin bed, futon and office set in basement, and all rugs. Kitchen is fully equipped with 7 Stainless steel appliances. All cooking ware items, bedroom linens, bathroom accessories, window covering, and professional wall decoration items
ALL Utilities included: Water, Electricity, Heat, Cable, Internet, and Phone
Location and Amenities: Walking distance for 2 plazas and grocery store across the street, NoFrills grocery store, Walmart, Supercenter, Sobeys, Safeway, Co-op, and Superstore and they are all 3 to 10 mins driving, and Genesis recreation center is just 5 mins driving. Cross Iron mall and Calgary airport are just 12 mins driving, Calgary downtown is 25 mins and Banff if 90 mins.
Outside: Two private parking stalls and lots of visitor parking as well, private fenced backyard, and playground area in the complex as well.

Our Business stay in this Townhouse couldn't have been better. We arrived on weekend and it was in a real perfect conditions that welcome all of us. The owner met us at the property and showed us all around the place.
Another huge plus for this property is the proximity to Walmart Super Center, Gas stations, and lots of other restaurants and fast foods in the area. Also, has to mention it was like 10 mins driving to Cross Iron mall which is a fantastic shopping center.
The townhouse inside is well arranged with all furniture items in the main floor, bedrooms, kitchenware, and lots of linen as needed. Yes, I'd highly recommend it again for myself and others!
We had an excellent stay at this property. William was excellent to deal with and very accommodating to us. The location is great- close to plenty of shops and restaurants, great area to walk and explore, and close to the exit for the highway to Edmonton or Calgary, or just to get to the other end of Airdrie.
The house came well stocked with toilet paper, tissues and cleaning supplies for us to use on our stay there, as well as extra linens that came in handy.
It was great to have a fenced in backyard for our little one to explore as well as the open planned living area. Much better than staying in a hotel!
I'v been in this rental for a business trip with 2 co-workers on in Calgary area. It's a real all in property with all kinds of needs for a short and may be even if a long term stay. The townhouse is fully furnished is described with all kitchen and beds accessories. the location was closed to a all our shopping needs from grocery stores like Walmart and Cross Iron mall which is a real fun for a great and cheap shopping and just like 15 mins or so from the airport and north Calgary where we were working.
It was an excellent stay for us! The house was exactly as described and shown on the photos. It was a quick emergency trip for us as we had some issues with our house and we had to find another place quickly that we needed to book at the very last moment.
The house was ready and spotless clean with all kitchenware and linen complete and arranged properly for the ultimate ease of use. The house size was great for us with all bedrooms upstairs, nice and warm living and dining areas in the main floor with the kitchen and finished open basement that we used a lot as a quiet area to finish some work at evening.

I’ve been in this house with wife and kids for almost a week until we moved to our permanent house in Airdrie as well through my work. We had a good time in this house and we've enjoyed everything there. From the first moment, we’ve noticed that everything is perfectly arranged for the comfort of our stay. The house has a well sized bedrooms upstairs, main floor is open concept and the finished open basement is a great space for gathering with family and friend at night. All furniture, appliances, kitchenware, and linen were in a perfect conditions and ready to use. The area is quiet with access to all amenities that you may need for a family stay including grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and it was like 15 mins driving from my work in north Calgary.
