When travelling abroad, we are always interested in adventures and leisure time combined. Punta Cana always kept drawing us back for more, and every time there were always new experiences to enjoy and share and to create long lasting memories.

What makes this condo unique

We love this location, because of the climate. The temperature is just right for us, what ever the season. The usual celsius temperatures are in the low 30's for daytime and in the evenings the terperatures are in the low 20's. The ocean breeze is always very exhilarating and refreshing. We never tire of the many activities to enjoy in Punta Cana.

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 months. The condo is very well stocked better then most we have stayed in. It is well furnished with quality furniture. The beds are comfortable too. Bright and airy due to all the screened windows and patio doors. The grounds are well taken care of and it is only a 10 minute walk to the beach,10 minutes to the convenient store and 20 minutes to the airport. The public bus that runs to San Juan Mall is just a couple minutes down the road. All the roads are paved with sidewalks making it safe and easy to get around the community. The condo is in a very nice residential area. Far enough off the main drag to give you quiet peaceful nights to rest up for your next day of fun. The property manager Yves lives in the area so anything you need or anywhere you want to go and explore Yves is the person to talk to. The owners, Annette and Dennis Calder are amazing people. There is nothing within reason they will not do to make sure you are having the time of your life. Thank you annette and Dennis, we wish you all the best!!

The suite is on the ground floor with easy access to pool and walking distance to nearby beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and medical offices. The suite is situated close by Los Corales Beach and El Cortecito Beach. Both beach areas are within 350 meters or a short walk of about 7-8 minutes. The suite has just the perfect amount of natural light, and excellent cross ventilation in all rooms, and high performance air conditioners which reduce the time needed to cool the suite to only a few minutes when all windows are closed. Multiple excursions for adventure seekers are available upon request. Enjoy all the options of self catering while having the option to dine out. Very Nice Condo

We stayed at this condo for the month of March this year and loved it. The other guests staying at Arenas de Bavaro were a lot of fun; really nice people. Our condo was very clean, nicely furnished; you had everything that you needed. Our unit G102 is nicely situated with two balconies. Annette & Dennis the owners, are from Canada and we felt very comfortable as they answered every e-mail, every phone call & any other request we had. I would like to go back again.

We had an awesome stay this year in Bavaro - Punta Cana. Arenas de Bavaro was perfectly situated moments away from the beach and shopping. We met many nice owners and visitors who were willing to share their stories on where to eat and visit. The staff on site were always friendly and willing to help. Our two bedroom unit looked exactly as the ad depicted. Before travelling to Punta Cana - the owners, Dennis and Annette, emailed us maps on how to get to the beach and the grocery stores. We couldn't ask for better hosts.

Amazing vacation

I like to say thank you Annette for letting us stay in your home. The location in punta cana was perfect.The apartment was beautiful and well equipt with everything you would need. I was surprised to see how well the wifi worked, no matter where I was in apartment I was connected very impressed.

The security was very friendly. The grounds were very clean along with the pool and the beach was just a few minutes away. You are close to grocery store, restaurants etc

I had an amazing trip and am looking forward to returning to punta cana. I definitely would rent this condo again. Thank you again annette

B e a u t I f u l, outstanding, breath taking

Annette has to be the nices person ever! She is so helpful, truly thankful! The condo is breath taking! I couldn't believe how beautiful and cozy this condo was. The beach is minutes away, security is so helpful and sweet! Everything is so close; resturants, food stores, exchange houses, most important the beach.

Thank you Annette for everything, you were so helpful. We had such a great relaxing time. You seriously won't regret this renting this condo! Enjoy your time and stay!

Prepaid electricity: Guests prepay according to the average history of electricity. This is more than ample for the average family. If more than this is needed, which is quite rare, then the additional energy costs are deducted from the security deposit. This system encourages people to be energy conservative, which is very necessary in a resort community. It is the electricity companies that have set our electricity rates quite high due to being in a tourist zone.

Energy Conservation Tips: Mostly, it is overuse of the a/c and the hot water heater, that can cause high energy consumption.

A/C tips: We recommend to turn the a/c on for 10 minutes prior to bed time, and leaving the ceiling fans on for good air circulation. This is typically sufficient to cool the whole condo down for the whole night.

Hot water tips: The hot water tank has an on/off switch nearby it. Turning the hot water heater on 10 minutes before showering, and remembering to turn it off 10 minutes after showering, will be enough to provide hot water for most daily needs.

Cooking tips: The kitchen appliances as well as the outdoor poolside BBQ consume very little energy costs and do not pose any cost concerns. Please remember to clean all kitchen appliances and BBQ immediately after each use, to help keep our environment free of pests that are attracted to left over food spills.
