I planned this vacation for myself and my husband to celebrate his 50th birthday. The condo was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and the location couldn't be beat! Super comfy king size bed too! The gulf beach was directly across the street from condo. We enjoyed our morning walks down to Johns Pass. So many restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance of this condo. I would recommend this condo to any couple or small family looking for a relaxing beach vacation. I can't wait to come back to Madeira Beach again! I would definitely rebook this condo!
The condo was as described and matched the pictures. The place was clean, quiet and simply great. The service from iTrip was also great. We had some issues with the lock as we could not get in one evening but we're able to get a hold of someone from ITrip late Saturday evening to help with our concern. The pool was warm and empty during our stay. The condo had everything we needed, including some sand toys for kids, cooler, beach umbrella, etc. The decorations were also great.
Our condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Unit 412 was decorated to nice and was just really comfortable. We had a great ocean view and were in a prime and convenient location!
We have visited Madeira Beach multiple times and this is by far out favorite condo. Clean, well decorated and just steps to the beach! We have 2 boys (ages 9 and 6) that were very comfortable sleeping on the pullout couch. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The condo also has Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. We purchased some floats and sand toys that we left for others to use. The condo is nice and quiet, the the neighbors are friendly and the pool is a nice place to relax. We look forward to returning!
ITrip management excellent for third year as customers in Madeira Beach. Condo renovated and spacious, clean, and attractively decorated. Convenient location to St. Pete, Treasure Islalnd, and Tampa and Sarasota areas! 4th floor offers views of beach across the boulevard.
We rented this place on the beach to join family from out of state. It was perfect. Everything was clean and neat, fully supplied with everything we needed. The website pictures were accurate. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many places we wanted to visit. Great customer service. I would definitely visit again.
