Spacious two bedroom, two baths, surrounded by luxurious furnishings and amenities. Two balconies with a built in electric grill on the bayside balcony. Beautiful lighting, cabinetry, tile floors and of course, the views will dazzle you at the Sapphire!

Just a few notes, the condo is non smoking, no pets allowed, and the minimum age is 25 years old, six guest maximum.

My monthly rentals are exempt from taxes. Winter Texan rate is turn key, no taxes or HOA fees.

A very nice well kept property.

The condo was beautiful, the beaches very nice, the pool and hot tub relaxing. The theatre chairs in the building were like airline seats not comfy. Did not use the spa or fitness room to comment. Javier our concierge was wonderful.

Great family vacation place!

We really loved Sapphire condos and specially 903 condo were we stayed during spring break. It's very clean and big with everything that you will need during your stay. Awesome view from the balcony and great service. It was a big surprise for us to receive a basket of goodies from the owner upon our arrival. We definitely recommend this condo for everybody!

Will be back!

I have been to SPI more than a dozen times, but this is the first time to stay at the Sapphire. I have been spoiled and will stay here on all future visits. Rick was great to deal with and answered all questions quickly. Javier was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us the tour and helped with our luggage. The condo has everything (yes, even a corkscrew which others say in older posts that was missing🍷). The balcony has the best view of both pools (Sapphire and Pearl) and of course the beach. The weather was perfect.

Family Vacation summer 2016

This property was absolutely amazing. Our family stayed three nights in enjoyed everything about our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were floats and beach toys provided for the kids and very clean and spacious. The owner Rick is very responsive to emails and communication he even gave us contacts for a fishing guide, upon his recommendations we went out and had a very successful fishing trip. Also provided was our concierge Javier, he was amazing....very helpful, good energy and showed us around to make us feel at home. Our family will definitely be back and I hands down recommend this condo. Thank you!

Impressive

I'm a frequent vacationer to South Padre as I go every year. So I've stayed at just about every condo and hands down Sapphire is the best condo. This property is well taken care of and has everything you need and is exceptionally clean. What really sticks out is Rick (the owner) emphasizes customer satisfaction and has an offsite concierge, Javier contact you and arrange to meet you at check in. This is an invaluable service as Javier informs you of what time the condo will be ready (in case early check in is available) and helps you with the check-in process. Overall, I highly recommend this property.
