Spacious two bedroom condominium (1688 sq ft) located in the Core of Mountain Village, Colorado (620 Mountain Village Blvd., Unit # 4A). The windows surrounding the family room provide beautiful panoramic views of the Wilson Peaks and San Juan Mountains from sunrise to sunset. Ski locker and assigned parking space in garage under building. Short walk to Lift 4 and Lift 10 is also nearby. Access to all levels of skiing is convenient. It is also a short walk to free Gondola to the town of Telluride or the Gondola to the grocery store. It is close to everything. The condominium is located in North America's #1 Ski Resort. Mountain Village is a peaceful alternative to a busier setting in downtown Telluride. Telluride is the ultimate Winter playground. Skiing, helicopter skiing, snowmobiling, Nordic Skiing, sleigh rides, ice climbing, are among the Winter activities. Many agree Summer and Fall are even better. Hiking, mountain biking and fly fishing fishing are among activities in the warm months. Telluride offers many fine dining options.

About Rian

We are a family of four and have been enjoying Telluride since 2002. My wife is in the process of replacing furniture in the family room. The green sleep sofa and a chair have been replaced with a new sectional sofa along with a new rug. The family room has been rearranged for better function. A new dining room table and chairs are expected to arrive late August 2018. Additional new furniture in the family room is also planned. So, new furnishings in family room will be different than photos posted.

Why Rian chose Telluride Ski Resort

Telluride and Mountain Village offer a unique combination of historic charm and modern luxury. We have been Telluride visitors for many years. We enjoy the open views available in Mountain Village. We also enjoy the quiet setting offered in Mountain Village. We selected this property for the beautiful views of the peaks of the Western arm of the San Juan Mountains, convenient location and open floor plan. The unit is well designed with a kitchen open to a large family room and three walls of windows. We also like the fact that no car is needed once you are here! We wanted the freedom to be able to walk everywhere. There is an assigned parking space in the garage in the event you do arrive with a car. The condominium offers easy access to skiing, restaurants, shops and the Gondola. We have many great memories of Telluride and wanted to make a commitment to continue adding to those memories.

What makes this condo unique

The large living space combined with an abundance of natural light and views are what we enjoy most about our home. The fourth floor provides beautiful views. The building has an elevator providing access to all floors and the underground garage. An assigned parking space is include in the garage. There is a ski storage locker on ground level. That makes ski storage and logistics streamlined and easy. Its a short walk to Lift 4 and easy access to Lift 10. That enables quick access to the entire mountain and all levels of skiing. The nearby (free) Gondola provides easy access to downtown Telluride (13 minute ride). The Gondola to the grocery store is just as close.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Location was perfect, extremely close proximity to gondola and Mountain Village core. Owner clearly works hard to maintain property and keeps it clean and in great shape for renters. They also provided some great information about all the area activities. Highly recommended!

Nice condo overall but all furniture in family rooms needs updating.

Condo has plenty of room for a family of five as, in addition to a master suite, there are 3 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms are very roomy, beds comfy and linens very nice. Kitchen seems to be newly updated and was very comfortable to cook in. The family room could be much nicer but unfortunately the couch and big chair off to the side are so old my family of 3 had a hard time sitting for any extended period of time. Seems like most of the furniture was purchased at a garage sale. Could not enjoy the deck off the family room as the granite table top is broken into many pieces and left with those pieces on top of table to greet the guests. Very odd. Not what one would expect in a "penthouse" suite.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback and your compliments. We enjoy our home and find it very relaxing and comfortable. Nearly all of our previous guests have given our home five star reviews and have been very happy with the accommodations and their stay. The existing furniture came with the condo when we purchased it. Your three star review is inconsistent with the experience of previous guests. Having said that, a little over a month ago my wife began the process of replacing the furniture in the family room. We are expecting delivery of a new high quality sectional sofa any day now. In addition, a new dining room table is expected to be delivered within the next six weeks. A new throw rug is also being altered to fit the space and should be delivered in the next few weeks. Additional new furniture for the family room will be added as my wife is able to select the pieces. My wife and I arrived for a long stay after your departure. We were also surprised to see a few granite edging pieces sitting on top of the table on the outdoor deck. It appears the adhesive holding a few edging pieces under the table gave way to the weather elements and fell off leaving a portion of the edging missing under the table. We have made arrangements to repair the decorative edging under the table. We've taken the pieces off the table and have been using and enjoying the granite table. In fact, the missing edging isn't noticeable now that the pieces have been taken off the table. I've addressed with housekeeping the issue of them having left the pieces on top of the table. That was not acceptable, should not have happened and is frustrating that housekeeping missed that detail. You could have used the table if you had emailed or called our caretaker. He would have been happy to come by and take the pieces off the table for you. We hope you will consider staying in our home again. We are very excited about the new furniture arriving soon.

Location, comfort and views

This property lived up to it's description. Great location-close to the base of Village Express lift #4, ski school, and the Gondola into town. Comfortable for a family with space to relax. The views out all the windows were amazing. Owners provided a lot of information regarding restaurants and activities in the area and were very responsive to my questions. Choose this condo and you won't be disappointed!
