The Spanish style L shape architecture with court yard and the pool situated in the front of the property as well as the tropical lush setting made us feel in a paradise and in constant holidays. It is the ultimate vacation home that one could dream off.
We had never been to Fort Lauderdale, so I really did not know what to expect. I was torn between renting in one of the beach clubs or at this little villa. I am so happy we went with this place. We really felt like we had the best of both worlds! We were a block from the beach and close to everything, yet it felt like we were a world away once back at our unit. It just so happened we were the only ones that week, so we had the place to ourselves. We are social people so we would have enjoyed others too, but the fact that we were there on our own meant daily yoga by the pool side and just an extremely relaxing experience. We stayed in unit 3 and it was tastefully decorated and was plenty of space for myself, husband and our 13 year old son. The unit was very well equipped with towels, beach towels, linens, paper products, kitchen and cooking equipment. The court yard with the pool is of course where we spent most our time and it was beautifully landscaped in a way that it was like it's only little oasis. I highly recommend staying here!
The property is exactly as described and has easy access to the beach, as well as a beautiful pool and patio area with plenty of chairs and beach towels. The interior is updated and provides everything you would need when staying short or long term. And the owners are knowledgeable regarding the area and are always available to assist with any questions or concerns. I can't say enough good things about this rental, it is truly a gem in the Fort Lauderdale area and I will be staying there again when I return to the area.
This was perfect for my family of 4! The apartment was CLEAN and UPDATED! The pull out couch was really comfortable and the pool was great! Not an overcrowded hotel pool! We had access to plenty of pool and beach toys- towels and a quick walk to the beach! The only thing I would change- is the window unit in main room. When it's hot outside- it's really warm and takes along time to cool down. ( may have been more of an issue for us bc we had kids sleeping in there). But overall it was perfect. The owners were on top of everything! If you had an issue- it was taken care of! I would recommend to anyone and I FOR SURE will book again if we return to Fort Lauderdale!!!!!
What a great spot for a vacation. We loved everything about the property. The beds were comfortable, beach access was convenient, the pool area was well designed and the amenities were just as described. We picked this location because the kids just want to swim, swim, swim and having the pool right outside the front door made it easy on all of us. I also liked that all the fun spots in Ft. Lauderdale were really close to us. We couldn't have been more happy about our selection and we'd definitely come back here again.
The place was very nice and the description was accurate. A short walk to a great beach was convenient. The pool and outdoor setting was scenic and private. Only thing that I would change is to have some rugs to wipe your feet, so you're not tracking sand everywhere. We had a great stay and would recommend it to a friend
The property was exactly as described in their listing.. great neighborhood and very close to beach.. great location, great apartment You cant go wrong with this rental

Get a Taste of Local Flavor
Fish is fresh and delicious in Florida. Grouper is probably the most popular choice and is served almost any way imaginable. You'll find it fried, broiled, sautéed, and even served with pasta. But a true Floridian staple is a fresh grouper sandwich and fries eaten outside by the water. It's hard to beat this old standby.
