Our property has been extensively remodeled with two skylights, fresh designer interior paints, new hardwood and tile floors, 5 ceiling fans, a hall bath with oversized shower and bench plus a very quiet high efficiency Carrier A/C ( you can hardly hear it run). Central Heat & Air. Should there ever be a problem, we respond to any issue or concerns quickly..
Our property has 3 bedrooms; two with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. Top of the line linens and plenty of closet space.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with every cooking ware you will need and our linens are of high quality for perfect sleeping.
Our home has hard wired and battery back up smoke detectors and night lights throughout the property for seeing at night.
The area is filled with young adults and seniors who have chosen the area because of the ease of getting anywhere quickly, yet being able to slip into any National recognized and local stores only minutes away.

Exceptional VRBO Experience
This home has everything we need for a relaxing, enjoyable and worry-free time away. The home is exceptionally well maintained and the owner takes pride and concern in meeting the needs of the guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides for all our cooking and light baking needs with plenty of glassware and tableware for serving. We love the central location and access to restaurants and entertainment opportunities within only a mile or two. This home really does feel like our home away from home.
The best part of hosting families is to have guests who love and respect our property. We look forward to the Fall of each year when you come back to stay with us for a month. So many tell us how easy it is to get to local restaurants and shopping and how comfortable they feel at the home. Home away from Home
A very pleasant home to stay in. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and had plenty of lush towels for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and eat on. Even though we were in the middle of Austin, just off a busy street, it was a quite neighborhood. The house gives you an easy access to so much of what Austin has to offer.
I would stay here again and hope there will be another opportunity to do so.

Home Again in Austin!
Once again, we had a wonderful experience in Austin at this home. We have been coming here for the winter for years. Our landlord is so good to us! The home is just right for our needs, not too big and not too small. We are always happy to be back, with L.A. Fitness so close, as well as the library, Stein Mart, Walmart and Ross' Dress for Less. There are so many restaurants near enough to walk to just over a block away or you can make your own meals in the well equipped kitchen. We will be back!
We feel extremely lucky to have your family with us for the past eight years in a row. It make us so happy your Austin family, including grandchildren love the dinners and sleep overs during your four month stays.The best reward for us is the fact that you feel like this is your home too.
Each year we look forward to our many families who booked with us once and now continue to come back year after year. While we are in fact landlords we love opening our home to so many great guests.

Just what we needed!
This house is a simple 3 bedroom house. It was just what we needed to be near our grand children. The house is very clean. Thank you for stocking the fridge for breakfast. It was perfect for our needs.
Carol, You are right. Having a clean, restful and peaceful home close to family and grandchildren makes our property the perfect fit. Many of our guests have the grandchildren stay for sleep overs because of the twin, queen and king beds. And of course the formal dining for eight makes memories long after you leave. The grandchildren love the 1950's Diner benches for breakfast too.

We stayed here for two weeks while visiting family in both Austin and Leander. We have stayed at HomeAway houses many times over the past several years. This house ranks right up at the top in all respects. A nice neighborhood, conveniently located, very clean and neat house, extremely well-stocked and an owner (Bob) who couldn't be nicer or more responsive to our needs or questions. Definitely we will stay here again in the future.

You are so right about the location. Our couples and families are surprised how the home is nested in the middle of everything they need, especially The Domain and Arboretum Shopping and the availability of every type of restaurant one would every want or need, plus local grocery stores like Whole Foods and HEB.
