This home came into the VRBO program in 2010. Our guest love the location and amenities so much we have returning guests year after year. Families continue to come back for stays from two to four months because we work hard to make your trip relaxing and fun. Our property is exceptionally clean and located in the Heart of North Austin with wonderful major shopping centers such as The Domain; Arboretum; Gateway and a long list of 5 Star, Mid Range and fast food Restaurants, Organic Food Stores, Entertainment Venues, Big Box Stores and Expressways within 2 miles of our property. Our property has been extensively remodeled with two skylights, fresh designer interior paints, new hardwood and tile floors, 5 ceiling fans, a hall bath with oversized shower and bench plus a very quiet high efficiency Carrier A/C ( you can hardly hear it run). Central Heat & Air. Should there ever be a problem, we respond to any issue or concerns quickly..
Our property has 3 bedrooms; two with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. Top of the line linens and plenty of closet space.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with every cooking ware you will need and our linens are of high quality for perfect sleeping.
Our home has hard wired and battery back up smoke detectors and night lights throughout the property for seeing at night.
The area is filled with young adults and seniors who have chosen the area because of the ease of getting anywhere quickly, yet being able to slip into any National recognized and local stores only minutes away.

Legal and Licensed by the City of Austin. This super location is the place for you to land. Quiet area and neighborhood. The area has the most fantastic shopping just minutes from the front door. This home was built when it was considered almost out of town but now Austin has expanded and moved next door. The number of Superior and Fast Food restaurants will just amaze you, plus the selection of Organic Food Stores,Starbucks,Walmart which are just blocks away. And you can catch any major highway to get you to the Airport, UT or Downtown within 15 minutes (non rush hour drive time).
The minute you step into this home you know we have spent hours making it cozy and comfortable with quality furnishing, crown molding, new hardwoods, top of the line linens and bedding. The home is a smoke and pet free residence. We have spent additional money on energy features to make the home as energy efficient as possible. Additional care was given to the drapes with light and noise blocking panels plus drapes which also reduce noise and light. It's exceptionally clean and we work hard to make your stay perfect.
I want to start off by saying I am so sorry for not doing this sooner - My life is so hectic but today I had to take the time to do this review not just because I had an amazing Vacation but it will help the next tenant and not to mention the Easter Family.

Our vacation was to visit my son for a laid back visit and attend my Grandson 3rd Birthday Party - My husband and I took our GROWN young adult kids (who had never been on a plane before) and my mother.
First of all we arrive to a very nice quiet neighborhood that was tucked away but close to everything we needed. We were greeted with SMILES and HUGS - Mr. Easter and I had communicated so much before the trip that it was like going to see relatives. I love the Easter Family! They were very welcoming and showed us every detail of the most wonderful house that accommodated all of my family needs. It was VERY CLEANED and had the little extras that you don't get when you rent Hotel suites. THE BOOK -was a great idea - It answered any and all questions you may have concerning the home. Very informative. Everything was labeled - Loved it!! I felt like I was Home. I was cleaning to sitting on the back COVERED porch drinking my morning coffee to cooking. It was wonderful.
My Son has made Texas his home for awhile so I know I will be back to visit soon- and I hope it's ok because this is my NEW HOME WHEN EVER I AM IN TEXAS!

Every year for the last 6 years we have stayed at this home in Austin from December through March. It is in a nice neighborhood with lots of good places nearby to eat. A short walk away is the library and about any shopping you would need. The house itself is great for us because it is fully equipped. We just pack our clothes, business stuff and hobby materials in the car and leave the cold and ice for the winter. Our whole family can sit down for a meal at the big dining table or in the booth in the kitchen. Our daughters and their families live in Austin and this house is in the middle of them. Bob is always good to us, and quick to take care of anything we need.
We will be back again this year!
These houses are very well maintained and are updated. The Easter's are very nice and genuine people. I would recommend their houses to anyone.
We were in for a family wedding in the downtown Austin area. A smiling Mr. Easter met us at his VRBO and gave us a quick tour as well as provided local information & directions. We found the property to be ideal for 6 people, was well stocked with what we needed for the 4 days, as well as a good location for the inner city, UT campus & the "trailer park". I would highly recommend this property to my family & friends. Thanks Bob for a lovely stay.
We have stayed in this home for 6 weeks during the summer for the last 3 years. Bob is always quick to respond and is very easy to work with. We use the garage for storage for our business needs while we are there. We are a family of 4 and it is plenty of room for us. The kitchen has absolutely everything you would need. The washer and dryer are perfect for an active family. We use the grill often and it is always clean. The location is central to most everything you would want in Austin. Highly Recommended!!!
We love staying in this home. It is in the perfect location so close to the three major thoroughfares to get where ever you need to go in Austin.
Bob has gone above and beyond to make sure that the house is set up with all the comforts of home. We love cooking in the kitchen as it has all the tools you need to prepare a meal inside or outside at the BBQ grill.
We have stayed here several times over the recent years and now when we come to Austin there is only one place we want to stay. Bob is incredibly easy to work with and if you need anything while you are there he is very prompt to address the situation. Thanks for providing a great rental property Bob.
