The Space:
We have built this house to be a delight to your senses. When you walk in the front door, your eyes will be distracted by the jungle right in front of you with nearly the entire glass wall opening. In the background, the ocean comes into focus as this is the perfect view to enjoy Tamarindo sunsets.

Our house is special as it's located next to the "Green Zone" with monkey filled trees. This is really amazing to see them playing at eye level to living room and top floor and be within 10 feet at times.

The Neighborhood:
We are located a short 2 blocks from town on paved road. 10 minute walk to town, 13 minute walk to the beach down a moderate hill. Unlike other Tamarindo houses on hillside, our road is the only road fully paved. This is very important as you can easily walk from our home into town on a paved road.

We are in center of Tamarindo
