Stroll back from snorkeling at the Tres Palmas Marine Preserve, rinse the sand off your toes in our outdoor shower, and relax in the cool, ocean breezes while you barbecue on our beautiful, tiled rooftop deck. Enjoy morning coffee on the 2nd floor balcony, or the 1st floor patio. The entire house sleeps 12, 6 on each level; rent 1 or both. There are separate entrances, so its ideal for small groups or extended family. You can have togetherness, and still have your own space - each level has its own fully equipped kitchen and living area, with A/C in all rooms, WiFi, satellite TV, DVD player, and iPod speakers. Your biggest problem will be to decide whether to snorkel, body surf, or walk around the corner to the marina and go whale watching or diving. You can have a pleasant evening in with our many books and games, listening to the song of the coquis, the native Puerto Rican tree frogs. Or experience the fresh seafood and other local delights at one of the many waterfront restaurants. Bring a desire to relax and have fun - we supply everything else!
Each level has a master BR with a queen bed and attached bathroom. You can have the other 2 BRs on each level made up with twin beds or a king.
Rincon is known as the “Town of Beautiful Sunsets”. It is a relaxing, tropical paradise on the west coast of Puerto Rico. There is something for everyone - bars and restaurants, watersports galore, and easy access to local attractions like waterfalls and the famed Camuy Caverns. Rincon’s unique location lets you enjoy the tranquil Caribbean, as well as the waves of the Atlantic. And our unique location lets you enjoy the best of Rincon.
Beaches abound, and we have everything you need for a great day in the sun - beach chairs, towels, and coolers.
This home is beautiful! We stayed on the top floor for just over a week with family and friends. It was just steps away from quiet beaches, a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants, and a three minute drive to surf spots. The home had everything we needed..parking, towels, beach chairs, coolers, extra sheets and blankets, even a charcoal grill for dinners at home on the roof deck. The neighborhood was quiet and all of the neighbors were friendly. Belinda was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions. She was especially accommodating with our overnight flight into Aguadilla. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely rent again!
I stayed at this property recently and it could not have been better. The house is in an absolutely great location. You will be just steps away from beautiful beaches and walking distance to snorkeling, restaurants, and a food truck that serves juices, smoothies, and other healthy food. The property is very well appointed, clean, spacious, quiet, and stocked with everything you might need. I highly recommend staying at this property.
We had a lovely stay! Belinda was always available and an efficient owner.
Location: excellent! A short walk to snorkel rental at Taino, paddle/surfboard rentals/lessons at Rincón Paddleboards, restaurants like Shipwreck, and most importantly the beaches!
House: outstanding. The A/C and WiFi worked well, the kitchen fully equipped, furniture in/outside the house was clean and comfortable. Roof was amazing for stargazing! There were people staying on the lower level and we never heard them. Another neighbor's dog did bark every morning for quite awhile though and party-goers at the beach were loud on Friday and Saturday night.
The area: LOTS of ex-pats, very touristy. There is a great art walk every Thursday night in the town square and farmers market on the weekends! Definitely take advantage of the cheap fruit at local stands and delicious seafood at local restaurants. Bakery at the top of road 413 was fantastic. You have to drive nearly everywhere, but we went to a bike shop in Aguada, a man named Arturo rented us a bike which was a nice way to get around during the day (roads are narrow, people drive VERY fast, don't walk/ride the roads at night). The beaches are unfortunately very rocky. The heavy traffic of the area is evident while snorkeling, many underwater areas are damaged. Would definitely recommend Gozalandia waterfall and Camuy caves for daytrips!
The house was absolutely great and everything we needed! Thank you Belinda for letting us stay in your home!
Just a short walk from a gorgeous beach (complete with grazing cows nearby,) in a quiet area but still close to restaurants, groceries, etc. Much is within walking distance - a farm and healthy food truck a half a block away, and restaurants and bars just a little farther. The property is meticulously maintained and has everything a vacationer needs. The flowers and plantings are beautiful, and the covered porches are the perfect place for coffee or reading. Highly recommended.
This rental was perfect. We stayed for a week in December. The property was as described. Very well appointed, the kitchen had everything we wanted, there was an abundance of towels, board games, and beach chairs. The house was very spacious and extremely clean. We loved the location, we walked almost everywhere; to downtown RIncon, a number of different beaches, and nearby restaurants. Excellent communication with the owner, Belinda. Would certainly recommend this property to others. We were all very impressed with the quality of the house, the location, and the price. Thanks!
