Newer home with gorgeous views of the Ocean, Martha's Vineyard and New Seabury Golf Course! Walking distance to the beach, too! At 2600 square feet, it is 3 levels with 4.0 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. This unit will sleep 8.
Inside: Features include hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen w/ granite and stainless steel appliances, and beautiful bathrooms with corian counter tops. Crown molding, a gas fireplace, and wireless Internet and two large screen TV's are some nice additions, as well.
Mattresses, furniture, linens, cooking and eating materials etc. will be provided. The queen bedroom has a walk-in closet that can fit a port-a-crib as well as ample room in the king size bedroom. The main floor guest bedroom is perfect for those that have difficulty getting around.
Outdoors: There's 2 decks with a gas grill, 1 patio, and a widows walk where you can sit up top and relax under the stars.
Come & enjoy the Marketplace, which offers family nights! Beautiful walks through New Seabury or on the beach are just some of the great experiences you'll have at your vacation at Sea View Ln.

BEACHES: There are three beaches to choose from:
The first is a small private beach you can walk to from the townhouse. It's about a 5 minute walk or less from our home. You walk briefly through our community, down a mixed use driveway and then across the golf course on the designated path. This is a small private beach with no lifeguard
The second and third beaches is 5 minute drive from our home. They are the Mashpee Town Beach and the State Park Beach. The town beach is large with lifeguards on duty. You will need to buy a weekly pass for a small fee at the local town hall. The State Park beach has daily passes for a small fee and provides lifeguards, grills, port-a-potties and plenty of parking. If your family enjoys long walks on the beach, each of these beaches can be reached by walking along the shore from our private beach.
GOLF: New Seabury Country Club is a private course with no public tee times. That said, there are a few very nice public courses a short drive away. Quashnet Valley Country Club is my husbands favorite. It's very reasonable, not crowded and VERY challenging. It's a 10 - 12 min. drive away. Falmouth CC is about 15 minutes away. It's reasonably priced and easier than Quashnet Valley
POPPONESSET MARKET PLACE: The marketplace is really great for kids and parents too. In 2014, they had bands and dancing every Thursday - Sunday evenings, all free! They also have a mini golf course, bistros and cafes, places for the kids to get their hair braided and lots of other shops. It's ~.75 mile walk (cut across the golf course and down walking paths), ~2.0 mile bike ride or less that a 5 minute drive in your car. I've attached a link from last summer:

As children, our families made summer pilgrimages to 'The Cape'. After we got married and had a family of our own, the trip to the Cape became an annual tradition where fun times and family memories were always made.

This condo in New Seabury, MA is spacious, lovely and very comfortable. It is very open and contemporary with the kitchen being a very good size and a great family place to "hang out"! Our extended family have stayed at the property for three years and were thrilled this year that a den was converted into a fourth bedroom. The deck has partial views of the beautiful golf course and a little stretch of beach. There is a small private beach within a 10 minute walk from the house that we did use sometimes. Otherwise you can drive to public beaches. The owners are very easy to work with and always returned any inquiries we made. A very clean house with all the necessities one needs. The top floor is a beautiful bedroom suite with it's own deck. This house definitely served our needs.

Your home was perfect for our needs. There was room for all of us to be together. Modern conveniences and close to be beach.
This townhouse was the perfect find for our 2 families and a long weekend to end summer. Location was a 10-15 drive to town providing privacy and the get away feel we were looking for and we were impressed with all the amenities available in the home nearby including a gorgeous private beach just a short walk away.
The townhouse was immaculately clean with layout of bedrooms and bathrooms a perfect design for our stay. There was ample space for our children to play safely and easy for us to keep an eye on them while enjoying separate adult time and kids time. We all spent a lot of time on the main floor deck enjoying views of the golf course and ocean. Furnishings including local artwork were nice, wifi was excellent, kitchen was well stocked with gadgets/housewares and we also appreciated having the grill.
Julie was very accommodating and responsive when we arrived to confirm check-in and check-out.
We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful very clean vacation home. The layout is especially nice. There are 3 levels, all with outdoor patio space.
The beach is a 10 min walk through the golf course. The beach is small but certainly sufficient and we had it virtually to ourselves.
The owners were very responsive and always helpful.
Would highly recommend it.
The house and furnishings were beautiful....even better than the pictures. It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. The entire house was immaculately clean. The walk to the beach through the golf course was so lovely that our family surprised us and had a professional photographer come and do a photo shoot of the entire family. Wonderful memories! Thank you again Julie and Jim and we hope to visit again next year for our annual family gathering on the Cape.
I spent three nights with my family at this gorgeous condo in May, 2016. It exceeded all of my expectations. The spacious unit was beautifully furnished and extremely clean. Everything was lovely inside, on the decks and in the front courtyard. The water views especially from the master suite were a bonus!
I am looking forward to returning in the future.
Clean, spacious townhouse in a location close to everything. Our family enjoyed the easy walk to the beach with our 1 1/2 year old grandson, the whale watch, and golf. Shopping was a breeze and the village was fun!
The Popponesset Inn was a beautiful place to eat by the water, all the restaurants in the area were wonderful too.
We especially loved the layout of the home, with our own space on the top floor and our children (adults with a baby) with the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs...great living area too. Spent a good amount of our time on the deck, wonderful!
We will be back!!!
