Scott and Jenna purchased this studio in 1999
We purchased this multi-unit building to live in because of its' incredibly convenient location. You can get anywhere fast, on highways or using public transportation. And lakes and parks are very close.
Our location is incredibly convenient which helps you make your stay more pleasant. We are one block from a chain coffee shop and an independent coffee shop with soups, sandwiches and the Twin Cities best ice cream (Sebastian Joe's). We also have two convenience stores, 24 hour fitness, stylist, pizza carry out, etc. More than one of our guests has walked or biked the trail that starts outside our door to Lake Calhoun, rented a kayak or canoe, and walked back. No matter how you want to get around, our location offers convenience.

I have been meaning to write and thank you for the lovely, clean and relaxing environment you created for my husband, baby and I during our stay a couple months ago. We enjoyed staying at your rental and thank you for your thoughtfulness with providing "extras" for the baby. I was not sure how to recommend you on your website so wanted to make sure that you knew we truly appreciated your thoughtfulness and help.
Cheers from Oregon-
Response from Scott (and Jenna!)
Thanks so much for your feedback, Meg! We take pride in providing welcoming spaces. Hope we can help you out again. Take care!
Really nice location in Minneapolis, just south of downtown and on the bike path, it's really easy to get around. Very good value, and the innkeeper Scott is was accommodating with our late arrival.
We stayed at this studio for a week in July 2011. Our first time in the Twin Cities area. My husband, kitty & I had a great time!
You can trust the description & photos of the unit - they are all accurate! You can trust the owners too - Scott & Jenna are very nice people & great hosts! Communication before, during & after our stay was timely & excellent. They are true professionals.
It was a crazy hot week & we had some issues with the AC (just like most of Minneapolis, I suppose!) :-) -- Scott went out of his way, searched throughout the city & got us a new AC ASAP! The time for the dishwasher came too - a brand new dishwasher was installed the following morning, while we were gone! Talk about fast response! Both Scott & Jenna went the extra mile to provide us with all we needed during our vacation - and they were very mindful of our precious kitty, who loved the studio as well, btw! :-)
We had all the amenities, and I know they are still upgrading! Beds were comfy, the unit was cozy, we had privacy & felt safe & taken care of.
The garden's beautiful. There's plenty of secure parking in front of our door.
One of the best things though: the Location! It couldn't be more perfect: close to everything! We had a car, but drove only short distances! All the attractions were around & easy to find! You could never be bored in Twin Cities area - so many & wonderful museums, gardens & lakes - we wish we had more time! Health food stores, markets & organic food places are within 4 miles!
So, we highly recommend this studio - a cozy place (home away from home!), great customer service & a perfect location!
Thank you so much, Scott & Jenna, we appreciate all you did for us! We wish you all the best! We will be back, if you'd like to accommodate us the next time we're in town!

Yep, plenty for everyone, kids or adults! And we were impressed - many of the attractions are free or have very low entrance fees!
