Very clean cozy apartment in the heart of Old San Juan.

Excellent location. I literally walked to Del Morro everyday through out my stay.

Had a citywide water problem which did not spare us either, but it came back pretty soon. Very clean and well equipped for a short vacation

Just OK

  • 3 of 5

No comfortable seating in the common area. Location was good, and space was clean, but I would choose a different place next time.

Owner's Response: We are glad you appreciate the cleanness and the location and we are extremely sorry that the living room furniture, which is exactly as portrait in the listing, did not meet your expectation. If you would have shared your needs for a sofa instead of a futon with us before booking, we would have gladly welcomed you in a more upscale and not so economic rental.

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

The apartment had every thing you needed, towels, beach towels, kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook. The washer and dryer was a definite plus. The a/c worked great, we turned it off at night because the apt was cold, the ceiling fans kept the place cooled off. The location was great, everything was in walking distance. We felt safe. Javier was a great host, very helpful and informative. We definitely will be back next year.

Awesome Apartment, ideally located and safe

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at this property with two other friends, and we had an excellent experience. First of all the location was absolutely ideal for those interested in staying in Old San Juan. It was near some of the best bars and restaurants, and only a 5 minute walk from El Morro.

The apartment itself was clean and had a great air conditioning system. Most of the time we would turn the AC off because the apartment was easily able to stay cool for a long time. Moreover, both the bed and futon were very comfortable. The apartment was also easy to keep dark on the days that we decided to sleep in on.

The kitchen had all the amenities necessary for cooking and cleaning. The fridge was also a good size and clean. Additionally, they provided cleaning supplies to keep the apartment tidy during our stay and there was also a washer and dryer that we used on various occasions with no problem.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone that wants to visit Puerto Rico and stay in Old San Juan. It was reasonably priced, very safe, and the owners were very flexible and friendly.

I hope that I can stay here again sometime in the near future, again I had an excellent experience.
