Born 12-15-1942 , in Blytheville Arkansas, Moved to Tampa , Florida as an eight year old. Went to Tampa University and served as as a police officer for six and half years,. Opened my firsy business in !969 and it is presently open.Opened my second business in August of 1995 and it is still open . My father had rentals and in 2014 I bought my first rental. I also collect antique cars .Which at the present time I have a 1967 Corvette, 1967 Chevy II Nova and a 1965 .Not having much time for hobby;s other than cars. Married to s=a lovely lady from Bogota Colombia for 118 years. arkansas

Where do I start ? The Host Bob M. was there to greet us and introduce us to this wonderful unit. He was courteous, thorough and helpful. The apartment/condo was as advertised. Clean, modern and spacious. The lanai was a wonderful place to Bar B Que, drink wine, look at the lake and visit. The kitchen was well equipped for about anything we wanted to do. When my wife and I visit again, we will rent this unit if at all possible.

This is a great vacation home located in a beautiful and quite neighborhood. The home is well maintained and well furnished. We would definitely stay again.
