Luxury 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath Townhouse in a 2 unit building with Sleeper Sofa, 13 foot vaulted ceiling and quality furnishings in Coconut Mallory Marina & Resort. Located near the marina and the Boathouse Pub overlooking one of two pools on property with a view of Cow Key channel. Nice raised deck to enjoy your favorite beverage or read a book. Tiled floors and shower/tub, granite counter tops, newly updated appliances, flat screen TVs. Full size Washer and Dryer located in the adjacent building and only shared by you and my unit next door. Please check my calendar for available dates before sending an inquiry. I have a 30 ft boat slip for rental to my 3 units (subject to availability $3 per ft / nt) Bikes, Kayaks and paddleboards can be rented from the Boathouse Pub at our Marina. The address is 1445 S. I was born and raised in Duluth Minnesota and moved to San Diego in the late 80's. We have a log lodge style cabin on a lake in Duluth, (HomeAway #297421) that my Brother manages from June through December. I still enjoy spending time in Minnesota and California but have the most fun in Key West.

Why Steve Pearson chose Lower Florida Keys

I bought the neighboring unit in 2011 and could not pass up buying this when it came up for sale. This is a really nice resort, well landscaped, on the water with a small marina, relaxing, close to town but away from the hustle and bustle associated with staying in Old Town and room to breathe. I like having a dedicated parking spot and plenty of open parking for visiting guests. The resort was built in 1997 but this 2 unit townhouse was built in 2005 and well constructed. I also like having the Boathouse pub just a short walk to the dock with Darts, pool table and very reasonable beer and wine.

What makes this townhome unique

Easy access to the water, close to Smathers Beach, short cab ride to Duval Street and Casa Marina but very peaceful and quiet. Close to the airport, shopping centers and a wide variety of activities, many within walking or biking distance.

My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful, quiet townhome. The pictures are just what you will find. No surprises. A lighted Chritmas tree welcomed us and oldies music was playing. All you need is there. The pool is just a step out the door and there is a hot tub on premises. The bikes are a nice amenity. We used them to go out to eat and ride to old town. This is a 31/2 mile trip one way, but lighted , flat bike lanes made for pleasant peddling. Cabs are expensive, so between the bikes and city buses we were able to see everything without a car. Hogfish cafe is just over the bridge to Stout Island. Be sure to go. We will be back and hopefully to this lovely home. Thank you, Steve.

Home away from home!

We decided to stay at a condo this year on our annual trip to Key West. I had heard many good things about Coconut Mallory from friends that live in KW and when I saw that a condo was available there, we decided that was where we would stay. We fell in love with not only the condo but the surrounding grounds. The condo was immaculate, the pool area was wonderful and the Coconut Mallory staff that we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. We spent our days lounging by the pool and took advantage of the full kitchen. Prior to our stay, there had been a lightening strike that affected our condo resulting in our oven not working. The owner arranged for a brand new stove to be delivered to accommodate us!! The pool area was also kept very clean and we mostly shared the pool area with the resident iguanas! All in all, it was exactly what we were looking for, a completely relaxing vacation in a place that felt more like home than just a vacation rental. We definitely hope to stay at this condo again in the future!!!!!

We had a most relaxing stay at Coconut Mallory Marina 411. Steve was our hero by getting us up and going after lightning struck the complex and fried all our electronics. The bed could have been a bit more plush (has a bad squeak), but we could not have had a more relaxing time on this property. The pub in the marina, two pools, a hot tub and view of the boat canal were great!!! I love this place!!

Best visit to Key West yet!

This property is absolute perfection. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is updated and gorgeous, and every possible need is provided for you. We couldn't have been more pleased with this rental. It is clean, comfortable and spacious. Absolutely perfect for two people. Our only regret is that we didn't end up utilizing many of the amenities (such as the kitchen), but it was still well worth the cost. The location is nice, away from Duval and close to many walking and cycling trails. You can easily take a cab to Duval for a night of fun. The staff at the Boathouse bar were all friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were visiting our neighborhood bar. The marina is a beautiful place to watch the sunrise. The pool being steps outside our front door was a special treat. We will definitely be back, and if you're on the fence about this spot, just do it, you will not regret it!

Nice, quiet location

Beautiful location (although I was not thrilled I had to clean the bathroom when we arrived, the location and owner seemed awesome. Trying to figure out how to get our deposit back-Steve can you please let us know? Thank you.

Owner's Response: I am very sorry you found the bathroom in less that perfect condition. I have researched why this was possible and it appears the person who "always" cleans the unit was not who performed the service and were off on the day you arrived. I typically do a walk through on my units before guests arrive (to straighten lamps, chairs etc.) but I just returned from a two week trip the night before and did not remember I had a check-in that day, nor would I have thought it was absolutely necessary to double check it was "clean" since I have never had an issue with my units being properly cleaned. Thank you for letting me know so I can take steps to ensure this never happens again. I have notified the persons responsible and expect this will be the last time this occurs. Steve
