Newly remodeled home! This unique home offers a spacious open floor plan on the main floor to a walkout deck that overlooks the gardens, chicken coop, fire pit, and amazing sunset views. Property sits on 5 secluded acres. Enjoy our fresh eggs every morning courtesy of our chickens (roosters included) located on the property. This property is located on South Hill minutes from Ithaca College (3 min), Cornell (10 min), Downtown Ithaca/Cayuga Lake (8min), Nature Trails, and South Hill Cider.
Other things to note
We have beautiful vegetable gardens! You're welcome to share our produce during your stay. The garden is tended to most evenings by our Gardener.
