In a quiet street behind the most famous avenue of Paris, this studio renovated with the help of an architect will be a unique opportunity to enjoy your vacations in Paris.
Located at the 3rd floor of a 1950's building with an elevator, large Windows, it is sunny and quiet in a street with many restaurants and wine bars and many facilities. Supermarket is at only 100 meters, many museum are in the 16th arrondissement of Paris such as Marmotan Monet museum and of course you should see the panorama from the top roof of Arc de Triomphe from which you can see the 12 avenues radiating from the Place de l'Etoile (star in French). Many underground lines will allow you to visit all the other areas of Paris or to connect to Versailles or Disneyland Paris.
The Studio has a Shower and a washing machine in the Bathroom, a separate toilet, a dressing and Drier and a little kitchen with fridge microwave and induction hob and the sleeping area can be opened or closed by Japonese style sliding doors
Thank you Cedric for an amazing start to our holiday in your beautifil apartment. Everything was exactly as advertised and the most important thing as they say is "Location" Just perfect.
Unfortunately the lift wasn't working, not anyone's fault, just one of those things and we managed ok without it.
We would definately stay there again and highly recommend.

The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were able to have breakfast and cook in our suite. The essentials like a coffee maker were available. Having laundry also available was a plus. This place was 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, 2 minutes from the Acr de Triomphe and really centrally located to the Seine, boat and bus tours. We spent 4 days walking each direction plus a 2 day hop on/off bus tour.
If I ever come back to Paris I would stay here again. Would highly recommend this place to all of my friends. Exceeded my expectations. Roomy with a comfortable bed and sofa with a table and three chairs in a kitchen nook.
The place is amazing . Very calm. Perfect for 2 persons stay. Thank you Cedric!
Clean and convenient access to Metro. Located on a noisy street so be ready for interrupted sleep if you are a light sleeper. Owner is very responsive and helpful.
Thank-you for an excellent stay in Paris! We really enjoyed the convenient location - just steps away from the Metro, Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The building was on a quiet street, with lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed for our three-night stay. Our only comments for improvement would be to have an air conditioner installed. We were able to open the patio doors to let in cool air, but didn't feel comfortable leaving them open while we slept. Otherwise, we would stay here again and would recommend the apartment to others.
We loved loved love the location!!! it was just a short walk to the metro and we were able to get to anywhere we wanted to go easily. The apartment is exactly as it is presented in the pictures, very clean, updated and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and the use of a small space very efficient for all the amenities provided. Cedric provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and accommodating which we very much appreciated. Because the location was so close to the metro we were able see the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, the Orsay museum, Museum orangerie, Notre Dame, Eiffel tower, Sacre Coeur, and Versailles in 3 days. We also started and ended our day with spectacular views of the Arc de Triomphe which was only a few blocks from the apartment. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet which we appreciated after long days in the busier parts of the city. There are lovely restaurants within a very short walking distance of the apartment. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to family and friends. the only negative is there is no air conditioning and the bathroom is very small (but in all fairness most bathrooms I saw in other listings were also very small so I really shouldn't even mention it). I really appreciated the shower, it is awesome! We were out during the day when the temps were warm so not having an air conditioner was not much of a problem. Paris doesn't sleep so having windows open at night could be a problem for light sleepers. We were able to close the windows at night so again not a problem for our stay. We feel very lucky to have found this place to stay,
