This is a great rental. Very clean, well appointed and quiet considering the urban location. Close to public transportation and walking distance to a nice grocery (Star) and restaurants. Owner is responsive to any requests but stays out of your way. Would definitely rent again.
Perfect location in downtown Boston. Clean, well maintained, perfectly equipped. A lot of information to find your way around (restaurands, supermarkets, transportation) can be found in the apartement.
We were staying there with two adaults and three teenagers for a week.
We would love to come back any time in the future
We very much enjoyed the apartment and its surroundings. It was clean and well- maintained. Amenities are perfect - just one detail : an additional light in the bathroom downstairs near the basin might be a good idea. The location in Backbay is great - we enjoyed restaurants in Colombus avenue and Trumont street. In a word, all was fine, and we would definitely recommend this flat.
We have just returned from a week's stay as a family of four so the ability to have the 2nd bedroom as two single beds was great for us The apartment was as described and had all amenities we could want....right down to toiletries in the shower. There was a good welcome folder with information about the apartment and surrounding areas and also provided maps, etc for us to use while we were there. Christina was very helpful and gave us some good tips for our stay.
The location was ideal - close to restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the subway. The outdoor space was a lovely extra.
We'd definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return one day as Boston is a great city and we are very jealous!
The flat has everything for a visit to explore Boston and is better value than a hotel. The location is ideal with many places in walking distance or a short T or cab ride. Tremont has a number of good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The flat itself is comfortable with good facilities to relax before the next foray into the city.
We just returned from our holiday in Boston and had the most incredible time. Our rental was fantastic for the 4 of us. We couldn't have been mored pleased with the location of this home. It truly is only a short walk to most places but is on a nice quiet street. The beds in this home were very comfortable even in the second room where two twins needed to be pushed together. Once a mattress pad was added you didn't even notice the divide. Even though we did not cook here it looked as though she has everything possible that people would need in the kitchen. Highlight of our holiday was taking in a Red Sox game and one of our guys caught a foul ball so that was incredible. We have rented many VRBO's over the years and Christina was incredible to work with to book her home. This makes a real difference when booking. We would recommend this home 100% and will definitely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity.
