2 Bathroom & 2 Bath Unit, Sleeps 4

This Mother-in-Law unit is a newly remodeled 950sf furnished basement apartment. A side door opens into a small vestibule where through a shared laundry room you access the private and secure 2 bedroom apartment.

Living Room

This nicely furnished space is filled with natural sunlight. You can relax in comfort with a book next to the gas fireplace or watch a movie on the 50” big screen.

Kitchen

The full kitchen has modern conveniences i.e. full-size refrigerator, cook top w/ oven, microwave, and dish washer. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, table settings and accessories needed to whip up your favorite meal.

Bedroom #1

The master bedroom has a king size Westin Heavenly bed. The closet has tons of storage space. There is an attached full bath/shower combination. We can also accommodate a youngster with a very comfortable folding cot.

Bedroom #2

The second bedroom is a large 12”x12” room with a queen size bed. A second bathroom with shower is directly adjacent.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is a shared space with a full-size washer and dryer.

Parking

There is one dedicated parking space for guests off the alley behind the house. There is also plenty of street parking. This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Bus Stop

Directly in from of the home (24 &19), the 31 and 33 are one blocks away.

Dog on premises. (Ricco) is a twelve pound standard Pomeranian. He does not access the apartment, but does run between the main house and the fenced yard. He is extremely friendly and will be happy to greet you.

Fantastic stay

Great location in quiet neighborhood with excellent walking areas. Property is exactly as advertised - clean, cosy with well stocked kitchen. As we stayed in a very rainy week, the gas fireplace was much appreciated. Scott & Sandy were very welcoming and accommodating - would definitely stay again.

Home Sweet Home

We stayed at the Magnolia apartment for 5 days in January. We were in Seattle for a short visit and this was the perfect location. The apartment was lovely, cozy, (love the gas fireplace), quite, and close to the village. Every morning I was at the French Bakery loading up on all their delicious treats!

We travel often and have rented a lot of apartments but have never arrived to be greeted with the following supplies. Fresh fruit, snacks, bottled water, every possible condiment to cook a meal, and even a large chocolate bar!

I highly recommend this rental. Scott and Sandy were lovely they greeted us to make sure all was well. Would stay again for sure.

Excellent place to stay while in Seattle.

This was an excellent property to stay at while visiting Seattle. The property was exactly as advertised and the property owners were very friendly and accommodating. This property was very clean and well maintained; had all the amenities you could possibly require for a short stay in Seattle. The property was located in a very nice neighborhood with direct access to public transportation and a wonderful view of the Seattle sky line. We visited Pikes Market, Downtown Seattle, the Museum of Pop Culture, the space needle, and much more. I will definitely book my next visit to Seattle at this property again. Highly recommended!! Quiet comfort

Everything in this mother-in-law suite was clean & beautifully maintained. Scott & Sandy were welcoming & helpful and provided us with some "welcome snacks" which we actually ended up using; something we rarely do as I have to eat gluten-free. We stayed there with our son & daughter-in-law and each of us had our own bath & privacy. Beds were super comfy & rooms were quiet - we never heard anyone. The shared space was lovely & comfortable with plenty of seating for the 4 of us. We only used the kitchen for coffee & a quick breakfast but it looked well stocked & would have been easy to cook a full meal in. Parking was off street - always nice when you can get that in Seattle! The neighborhood was safe & nice AND provided our son with an invigorating run one morning. We were able to Google the address & map our way to it easily so we didn't need the very complete directions provided by Scott & Sandy. All in all, one of our best stays!

Amazing place / view / area of Seattle

My buddy and I stayed here for 4 nights to watch the Blue Jays play the Mariners in baseball. The fact it was a two bedroom and two bathroom was appealing so we could have a bit of space. The owners Scott and Sandy were very nice hosts and suggested some places to go around town. Otherwise let us do our thing and we had our privacy.

The property is amazing to say the least. It's a $10 uber to downtown, upscale safe neighbourhood, you can see the downtown skyline even from the basement windows. Everything we needed was there for us. I couldn't have stayed at a better place then this magnolia house.

I feel like my description is underwhelming vs the reality of how great it is here.

If you are taking a trip to Seattle, stay here. Don't even hesitate for a moment! There's not one thing I could suggest to improve this property/experience.
