Fully equipped kitchen, easy-to-clean tile flooring, a dishwasher, dual sink, large refrigerator, stovetop oven and plenty of cabinet space. The bedroom is well warmed by natural sunlight through the large windows. You are welcome to bring and small pet up to 20lbs.

The apartment is clean and modern. It was a pleasure to stay in the middle of downtown on 9th floor and have a parking space. The kitchen has everything you need. There are plenty of towels and bedding. There are also two TV sets, in the living room and bedroom. We will definitely try to rent again next time we are in Vancouver. Thank you Brad!
This property was everything we were looking for in a hotel, but better. The key service couldn't have been easier. The location was within walking distance to everything we needed. The parking was hassle free. Absolutely stress free.
Brad was so helpful and available by email in advance of our visit and when we arrived. The apartment was exactly as the photos showed. We were comfortable in the very convenient location. The property was clean and very user-friendly. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and even had a dishwasher! We would stay there again if it's available next time we are in Vancouver.
Fantastic downtown Vancouver location. Brad was very attentive and responsive to all emails.
For those of us who are not used to living in high rise buildings, we were confused by the high tech elevator and parking security system and luckily another resident in the building lobby happened to be present for questions on how to access the apartment.
Everything in the apartment was clean and in order.

Great place and amazing location! The apartment is super cute and clean, has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. Close to everything in a quiet condo. The host was very organized and getting the keys was very easy even late at night - I didn't have to wait for anyone as keys were available at my convenience.
Clean, comfortable, secure. Great views of the city. Centrally located to everything. Lots of restaurants nearby. Buses and metro couldn't be closer.
I would definitely stay here again.
