We are a younger couple with two small children that bought a beautiful vacation home in St Petersburg to get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives and have another home to call our own. We are unable to use it all year long so we have listed our home on this site and we invite you to stay at our humble abode. We have enjoyed our experience with vacation rentals so far as we have met some fantastic people from around the world while they use our home. We are very accommodating and we are willing to do what it takes to help you enjoy yourself during your stay.

Our place has plenty of amenities to feel right at home and it is situated very close to the beaches, malls, airports, golf courses, freeways, theme parks, nature preserves and of course plenty of restaurants. What more could you ask for?
What makes our property different than others? As soon as you arrive, you will immediately feel that sense of it being your home away from home. Some rentals have a cold, industrial feel to them or they are badly outdated. We have gone that extra length to make our place feel like a second home to both us and our guests. Many have commented that they have experienced an emotional tie to our home while staying there and often book it again before they leave. Just remember, at the end of the rental, you have to return our home to us, haha.
Our host did a very nice job on informing us of the property's fine points. He sent us a detailed 3 page memo. The property was everything it was supposed to be. The neighborhood was nice and convenient for our needs.
Everything was exactly as shown, and the home was clean and very hospitable! Lots of space to work and play. Great location, close to multiple beaches and shopping centres, very accessible by the nearby highways. Brett checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was okay and to recommend places to visit. Very good communication with us and made us feel right at home!

We stayed for 4 days at this home for a wedding. It is very well located and close to the beaches. The house is spotless and excellent for families. Owner communicated well and allowed us early check in and late check out. Highly recommend!!
Brett's property was right near all the major highways to get you all over florida.
It was clean, neat and well maintained. It was in a nice neighborhood very near a grocery store and a drugstore within walking distance.
Brett gets back to you within minutes to solve any problems there might be or questions you might have..

This home is tastefully updated, comfortable and has plenty of room. The beach is just minutes away and both Tampa and St Pete's airports are very close.
We loved our week long stay at this spacious, beautiful home in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. A five minute walk to a Publix grocery store and liquor store, fast food and sit down restaurants. An even shorter walk to a great freshly caught seafood restaurant at the marina. Prior to our arrival we had some concerns about being too far from things but it was not the case. Only a five minute drive or taxi ride to the beaches and bars. We are already looking forward to next year.
