We loved our recent stay in Benton, NH! This home was clean, quiet, spacious and in the heart of the rolling hills and mountains. The views were breathtaking and it was exactly how we'd hoped it would be. Close to everything as well. We went to the Lost River Gorge and Caves, Whales tale water park, ziplining and Clarkes Trading Post all within 20 minutes. Then we drove along the Kancamagus to Conway and explored there as well. Can't say enough good things. Plus, my 6 year old loved the toys upstairs. Thank you for letting our family stay at this wonderful cabin!
The house was clean and was stocked with everything you would need. The views are BEAUTIFUL and you could stare in the distance all day long.
very hot could use over head fans..Nice place. owner very good to us
We had such a wonderful week in this home. The views are beautiful, and we got out to do fun things every day! We visited the Water Park, scrambled through the Lost River Gorge caves, hiked and geocached along the Kancamagus trails, splashed and had a picnic under the Swiftwater bridge, and took the canoe out on Long Pond where we saw loons, kingfishers, and osprey! While we were out and about, our kids had a blast picking wild blueberries and blackberries... and one evening we made s'mores over the fire under the stars. Thank you so much, Henrik and Celia! We had a wonderful time!
Loved the cabin it was very clean and roomy and very private, well equipped for our family of 5, breathtaking views of the mountains from the back porch to just sit and relax and enjoy nature.we got to see a black bear in the back yard 1 morning. The Pedersen's were very nice and answered all of our questions and recommended a lot of nice places to go and things to do since it was our 1st time visiting in New Hampshire. Highly recommend this cabin if you love nature and private settings, thanks for the memories.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The owners were very responsive to emails, they provided a lot of suggestions and answered all our numerous questions in a timely manner. The location of the house is beautiful - in a very quiet place, overlooking mountains, the view from the yard and living room is fantastic. The yard is big and very well-kept, with lots of space for kids to run and for adults to enjoy. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It is decorated very tastefully, and it is obvious that owners take very good care of everything. Nice clean bathrooms, one with a bath tub which is convenient for people with kids. There are also books and toys for kids which our son enjoyed very much. The house has wifi. Also - we have AT&T and were very surprised to have a good reception throughout the house! The location of the house is very convenient - only ~15 minutes drive to Lincoln and ~25 min drive to Franconia Notch park. We would definitely love to come back and enjoy the house again. A big thank you to the owners for a beautiful well-kept property!
