Overall, very comfortable and clean with almost everything we could need for our family with 3 kids and one of their friends (3, 6, & 11 year olds). The large windows provided lovely views of the pine trees and there were several cozy seating areas for curling up with a book. The heat works well and the hot water was plentiful. The bathrooms were mostly updated, and the kitchen was compact and very functional with plenty of cabinetry for storage.
However, the butter keeper doors on the 1990's fridge kept falling out and the dishwasher only effectively cleaned the dishes every other cycle, despite carefully scraping all dishes beforehand. The property management people were very friendly and offered to send Maintenance over to address these issues while we were there, but this was not a priority for us (we happened to be at the property management office to buy discounted lift tickets to Diamond Peak when they asked us how the condo was).
The furniture in the bedrooms was very nice, although the master bedroom bed was soft and the double mattress on the bottom bunk in a downstairs bedroom was missing a mattress pad. The artwork on the walls was Tahoe themed and interesting to look at (except in the downstairs TV room/entryway with the slip covered love seat, which didn't give a favorable first impression of an otherwise nicely decorated condo unit).
