Palm Coast House Rental Photos and Description

House, 6 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths

Enjoy a great family vacation at our beautiful Florida home. We have accommodations for large groups at budget-busting prices! We ask only that you respect our property and tell your friends! We love great deals and sharing them with others.

We always tell people who are visiting Florida, 'Get out of Orlando, and have some real fun!'

We are the parents of five children and love to travel. As a large family, we can appreciate the expense (and craziness) of just leaving the house. We would love to share our beautiful home at an affordable price for families. Palm Coast is a great location for many budget-friendly adventures. We are centrally located between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, with Orlando and Jacksonville just an hour away. This area represents the 'real Florida,' with great beaches, excellent fishing, and beautiful state parks just minutes away. The house is ready, just bring the family!

Our home is 2250 square feet with six bedrooms and two baths. It is all on a single level with no steps. The master bedroom is large with a king-size bed, large private bath, and giant walk-in closet. We have three bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bedroom with bunk beds, and another bedroom with two twin beds and a trundle bed. We have a pack-n-play on site for smaller guests that fits in the master closet. The bedrooms share a central living room, kitchen, and dining. The home is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans, bedding, towels, microwave, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. We also have a beach shower outside and a gas grill on the back porch. An enclosed garage is available for parking with bicycles, fishing poles, and nets inside.

Our home was built in 2005. It was recently updated with new paint, flooring, and lighting. We provide Brighthouse HD cable television, telephone (with free long distance to US/Canada), and high-speed internet connection.

Golf

Flagler County is a true golfer's paradise with great weather year round. We have 10 golf courses near our home! Flagler golf courses range from oceanfront links to inland marsh, lake, and woods. Flagler County is often referred to as “the Pebble Creek of Florida” with golf courses designed by legends like Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and Tom Watson. Golf pros and novices alike will get a thrill out of the varying landscapes, which include undulating greens, natural brooks and streams, and the biggest water hazard known to man – the Atlantic Ocean. The natural landscaping is uniquely Floridian with live oak trees, sabal palms and American holly lining the fairways and greens. With a large variety of courses to choose from, golfers from all skill sets will be able to put their game to the test!

Beach, Golf, Biking, Parks, Swimming, Surfing, Windsurfing, Snorkeling/Diving, Sailing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Fishing, Boating, Horseback Riding, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Shopping, Restaurants,

The Beach

There are many great beaches near our home. If you want privacy and quiet time, drive straight up the road to Flagler Beach. In fact, we stick by the pier for the lifeguards and to actually have more people around if someone gets into trouble. Be sure to ask about the riptides and swimming conditions. Low tide is our favorite because the little kids can play in the tide pools while the big kids surf. We have both boogie boards and surf boards. We ask that you be sure to WASH THEM OFF in the beach shower and that you are careful getting them to the beach and back home. Also, remember that they need to be stored INSIDE the house. They like the air conditioning as much as the rest of us! They will quickly ruin in the garage or outside.

If it is surfing that you are interested in, we highly recommend surf lessons for the kids. Z-Wave across the street from the pier offers great lessons. They were so much fun, and we felt it was well worth our money. They provide the instructors and the boards.

The Pier

Our kids love to fish off of the pier. We purchased a family pass for the pier, which if you are staying a while, may be a better option. However, fishing for one day is very affordable. We have poles in the garage, or they may be rented at the pier. It is only $6.00 per person to fish for the day from the pier. A saltwater fishing license is not required from the pier. The bait shop is right at the pier also. This fishing trip is a blast! With the ocean at their feet, they never know just what they may catch when they cast their lines! We have seen whales, dolphins, sharks, sting-rays, and manta-rays. The variety is great! Our younger son prefers not to fish, but loves to play with the MANY birds on the pier.

If you want a 100% Disney vacation, then our home isn't for you. But, if you're ready to experience an all-access Florida vacation, including the Beach, Daytona, St. Augustine, Parks, Golf, and a day or two at Orlando theme parks, then we have the perfect place for you!

About Bryan Fletcher

Stacey and Bryan have been married since 1992. We have 5 children. And we love going on vacation!

Bryan Fletcher purchased this house in 2009

Why Bryan Fletcher chose Palm Coast

Stacey's father was born and raised in Flagler County. We've continued to visit the area every few years for vacation and absolutely loved it. We were lucky to buy a home and live in the area for 2 years. Rather than sell the property, we decided to keep our home, to share it with others and have a place to keep bringing our family.

What makes this house unique

Our home is very centrally located to many wonderful aspects of the 'Real Florida.' We love to go to Disney and the amusement parks in Orlando, but we love the rest of Florida even more. Flagler Beach is amazing -- fun surf, great fishing, shells, and never crowded. Our home is halfway between St. Augustine to the North and Daytona Beach to the South. We're also located halfway between Jacksonville to the North and Orlando to the South. Within 5-10 minutes you can be on US1 or I-95. Our home is very comfortable and inviting, with kitchen and family room close together. We have enough room for 4 different couples and a few kids, or 2 families with lots of kids.

A very kid friendly home

  • 4 of 5

Thank you Brian and family for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We weren't there for vacation but had a death in the family and needed a place to stay. You were thoughtful enough to provide a bereavement discount. The home was large enough to accommodate us all and to even have family come over to spend the day. There were plenty of things for the kids to do and the community was very kid friendly. The home is situated close enough to go to Flagler Beach....which we love! The beds were all comfortable and we even came home and bought a topper like the one that is on the master bed! Thank you so much for your hospitality. My only recommendation would be to have the cleaning crew do a more thorough cleaning. The inside was very clean but the outside of the home could have used a deep cleaning. That would be the only recommendation. Again Thanks again!

Spacious home perfect for a family

  • 5 of 5

My family and I stayed here for a week in June. It was large enough for all 10 of us! We enjoyed being able to cook at home and have a quiet neighborhood to return to after a day out. Flagler Beach was nice, it was quiet and mostly clean (lots of seaweed but no trash.) Everything felt close enough to just jump in the car and go which was perfect for us. Thanks for opening your home to us!

We stayed at the home for 3 nights only. It was a very pleasant experience. The house is very comfortable for adults and kids. We used the bikes, boards and little ones enjoyed playing tea parties. It was like staying at our home.

Wonderful home!

  • 5 of 5

My family stayed at this home for my daughter's graduation from University of St Augustine. The home had 6 bedrooms-1 with king and 3 with queen. We enjoyed our stay! We were in and out all week with lots of activities. Great place to come home to and relax. It was nice being able to get up and fix breakfast for everyone. Also enjoyed using the grill for a cookout. But one of my favorites was soaking in the master bathroom tub! AHHHHH! Thank you for the use of your home!

Centrally Located to Daytona, St Augustine, Disney, and Jacksonville

  • 5 of 5

There is not much tourist stuff to do in the immediate area where the house is located, but the house provided an excellent base of operations for side trips to Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Flagler Beach, St Augustine, and Disney World. Newer home (2005). House was clean and we did not see any bugs in the house, which is amazing for Florida.
