Large 1,974 square foot, four level, 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse with full walk out basement in Alpine Village just outside of North Woodstock Center (4 miles to Loon Mtn). This unit has plenty of space for your family and friends with a King Bedroom & Queen Bedroom on the second level; 2 twins and a bunk bed on the third level (also plenty of floor space for sleeping bags or queen inflatable mattress provided). The walk out basement has a sectional with full size sleeper and the 1st floor living room also has a full size sectional with sleep sofa making the unit to sleep 10. There is a large bathroom with tub on the second level and the first floor and basement each have bathrooms with stand up showers. There is a full size washer/dryer in the utility room in the basement and a ski closet in the foyer. A wood burning fireplace in the living room is great after your winter activities. Conservation land is just behind the unit for walks in the woods on miles of marked trails and tennis courts are on site.
This unit has been updated with new mattresses and bedding, dressers and nightstands, microwave, blinds, all kitchen accessories, shower curtains/mats, shower heads, faucets, sectional sleeper in basement, new toilets and sinks, bathroom lights and has three flat screen televisions. A patio set and grill are on the deck and each bedroom has A/C units for the summer.
We are located 4 miles from Loon Mountain, just outside of Lincoln and in a perfect location to hit other ski mountains in the area (Cannon 15 min, Waterville Valley 30 min, Bretton Woods 35 min, Attitash, Gunstock & Wildcat approx. 45min – 1 hr). Clarks Trading Post (2 minutes), Whales Tale Water Park (5 minutes) , Cascade Park (2 minutes), Cannon Aerial Tram, Flume Gorge, Old Man in the Mountain museum and Zip Lines are just minutes away for summer activities.
You can walk to downtown Woodstock from this unit to grab dinner at the Woodstock Inn, breakfast at Peg’s, hit the Emporium for some candy or coffee at a local cafe. The Sunny Day Diner is just 2 minutes in the other direction next to Clark's Trading Post for a great breakfast. This condo is in a perfect four season location to ski, leaf peep, summer activities, hiking Mount Washington or just relaxing on the deck.
Full amenities are offered at The Mountain Club at Loon for up to six guests and additional guests (over 5 years old) can pay the club directly at $10/pp in the winter and $5/pp in the spring. Amenities include an exercise room, weights, indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub and each locker room has a hot tub, sauna and steam rooms. Towels are provided at the club.

We purchased this unit in November 2014 to enjoy the four seasons. We often travel with other families so wanted a large unit to enjoy with family and friends.

We have worked hard to have all the conveniences you need and it is in a fabulous location to enjoy all New Hampshire has to offer. Only a few units in Alpine Village offer 4 levels with a full walk out basement and we back up to the woods for additional privacy.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay at your condo! We went for a ski weekend with our two young boys (6 and 2) and were thrilled with the spacious layout. The skee ball and air hockey was a huge hit in the walk out basement for the boys. Your location to the mountain couldn't be better and we enjoyed walking right around the corner to the restaurants and stores. The linens and towels were all new and bright white (for me that is such a huge plus)!! We can't wait to come visit again soon and are looking to book something for the summer as well! Thank you!!
We were looking for a place to stay for a family trip. Had everything we needed. Owners were fantastic to deal with and very responsive. Quaint and well kept. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Clean, many extras, great location. We stayed with large group-+12.pleny of room Perfect game room for kids downstairs. Overall, highly recommend this condo.
We really enjoyed the house - clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the kids to really spread out and have fun. The accommodations were great - including entertainment, great kitchen with extras (was stocked with paper towels and the likes for what we forgot to bring / ran out of).
The location is incredible really - so so close to some of the major area attractions, including Loon Mountain, stores, mini golf, and Clark's trading post. Also beautiful natural landscape - you can walk less than a mile to some beautiful brooks.
We recommend this to anyone considering this area of NH!
This was our first family trip to the NH White Mountain area and we returned home with many memorable moments that will remain with us for years to come. Without a doubt the cherry on top for our trip was Torrey’s beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable home, which definitely made our trip that much more special. Firstly, she accommodated us with early arrival and late departure at no additional charge. Upon arrival, the house was ready for us in immaculate condition. We really enjoyed spreading out over the four floors of the house throughout our stay. The main level was spacious especially after we expanded it by benefiting from the deck as much as possible. Our children were thrilled to have their very own “suite” on the third floor. The basement was a real asset for us, especially the loaded ottoman of games and extra entertainment. Ski ball was put to great use as we had a memorable Family Ski Ball Tournament. Multiple couches on each floor helped us relax and stay cozy after a full day enjoying the outdoors. The beds were new, and more comfortable than any previous hotel stay that I can recall. The house came fully stocked with all hotel amenities. On the one rain out day that we experienced, we took full advantage of Torrey’s Pass to the Loon Mountain Club. All in all, I give this house a five star rating and would definitely book it on our next North Woodstock, NH stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this home for a long weekend in July. The home is beautiful and absolutely spotless! I loved that everything was supplied (sheets, towels, paper goods, etc). We had four young children with us and there was everything we needed for them (plastic dishes, cups, utensils). The loft bedroom was perfect for the kids to have their own area. There was plenty to do in the area and the hosts were extremely accommodating and available to answer any questions. I have been raving about this place since we went there. We are thinking about staying there a week next summer!

It is a no smoking condo and no pets are allowed. In case you have allergies, we do have a dog that does come to the unit when we visit.
We require the $79 HomeAway Rental Insurance for up to $3,000 coverage against any damages.
