Amazing view!

From the time of the reservation, John and his team were very responsive with any of my questions and requests. They were quick to respond.

The location was great, right in front of the great beach. The view from the balcony was amazing as it looked over the ocean. It was about 20 minutes from San Juan area by a car. There were several restaurants and supermarket that could be a walking distance (about 15-20 minutes). Walgreen is right in front of the place though where you can buy most of staff. We stayed for 5 nights and rented a car for a few days and visited a light house in the coast and La Marquesa Original Canopy Tour which I highly recommend.

We had 6 adults and 2 kids (5 year old and 8 month old) and it had enough space and comfortable. They provided a crib and high chair for my baby which were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the Marco Pollo Collection!

All amenities available, great location, well maintained

1. Location is great. At time have to deal with late night early morning noise from Pizza City just across bedroom windows, but it is all OK because we are on vacation.

2. The apartment AC works very good, that is a Plus.

3. Some maintenance required such as cleaning the AC filter, one bathroom shower leaks, and a much needed replacement of the living room furniture in bad shape and dirty.

4. Will definitively recommend to anyone to rent this unit, a no brainer!

Great Great Great

This property is amazing. From the time we arrived until the time we left, everyone was so accommodating. The only reason i didnt give a 5☆ rating is because the water got cool a little too quick but being in the heat all day, that cool water was needed and it felt great. Also, the tvs were going out, but even then, someone came up and fixed them. We needed to stay an extra day and they were just so nice and let us stay without any hassel.

The location was just perfect. The pictures give it no justice. Its right on the beach, food and stores all around, 7 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes from one of the strips i like to get food from.

The house was clean, well decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed. They have everything you need for a relaxing time at the pool. My 3 year old niece looooved the sand toys that were provided, my parents loved the beach chairs and we all enjoyed the huge umbrella and towels for the beach.

I would definitely definitely definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Puerto Rico and when i go back, i know exactly where I'll be staying.

Great apartment and company

We stayed in this apartment last year and it was perfect. The apartment was large and all the amenities were provided. We even rented a crib and the company was very responsive when we needed to disassemble it to move it to another room. We also got "stuck" in PR because of a snowstorm at home, and they were super accommodating, letting us stay for a few days after our rental agreement. We are staying in another of Marco Polo's properties this spring (this exact apartment wasn't available or we would have stayed there again). Overall a great experience.

Great location with beautiful views

The apartment is located in a great area near to restaurants and supermarket and right in front of the beach. It was clean and stocked with food when we arrived (cheese, bread, eggs..). It's beautiful views invited for the constant use of the balcony. The Marco Polo staff was great to work with and the whole process was seamless.
