Not much to describe here but a basic studio apartment for basic folks. The Studio has two single beds put together that forms a king-size bed so one can stretch at the end of the day in where guest is exhausted of all the exploration around town. It has a sliding door to access the balcony. It also has a kitchenette suitable to prepare snacks and light meals. It has all the utensils, pans and dishes necessary to accomplish the guest receipies. Two major supermarkets are nearby; two blocks away in opposite directions; one towards downtown called Comercial Mexicana and the other one called Soriana (my choice) in plaza caracol. Few steps before Plaza Caracol there is a liquor, wine and beer warehouse if the guest is a drinker, perfect to prepare and take your favor drink to the local beach to enjoy the sunset and unwind for the day. Or recharge the batteries for another round of night adventure at downtown boardwalk (malecon). Old town at night offers all kinds of surprises and street show by the promenate along the shore.
the Studio is located in Villa Vallarta in Las Glorias neighborhood, a transportation hub to reach pretty much every spot in the vicinity and the bay. Just plan your day accordinlgy depending on far do you want to explore. Ask the property manager for more details. There are numerous places to eat nearby as well as sophisticated and fancy restaurants all over town. The possibilities are endless...No need to waste your time indoors or on cyberspace when you can see and do so much... however, too many WiFi spots nearby if you feel the need :) (Burger King, Subway...)

was my 6 yr old son and I, was the worst experience of my life, arrived ok, owner wanted to spend all his time with us, was weird, A/C broke down after first hour, we waited next day as told to, to let in repair man wasting our precious time in PV, Repair man never showed up, and Owned completely ignored us, I knocked every day on his door and left notes to please fix A/C as room is so small you do nothing but sweat even when not moving. he finally answered the door after 4 days, he was Aggressive and yelling at me getting up in my face and scaring my son, I ended up calling for security, only to have him kick us out. so now we were homeless in Puerto Vallarta. kept telling me to go home. ended up somewhere else after I refused to leave he took us to someone elses rental. Nightmare of a lifetime! Beware! Beware! Beware! of this Rental!
Rental is exactly as shown in pictures.
Loved this little place. Seriously a two minute walk to public access beaches. Close to good restaurants, shops, and buses. Was told not to use A.C, but we didn't need it anyway. It never got completely dark in the room, old blinds and security lights on all night on first floor, but it was something we adjusted to quickly. Plus, having 24 hour security was great.
Would definitely stay again
