This condo is located in the town of Mammoth Lakes. The bedroom window and front door is facing and on Meridian Blvd. The convenience of walking to the town for shopping (Vons and others) and dining is only a 8 to 10 minute walk under clear conditions. A shuttle stop is right across from the condo on Meridian Blvd. for direct access to Mammoth Mountain and Sierra Star Golf Course.

This is a furnished one bedroom plus loft with one bath condo that sleeps 5 comfortably. One bedroom has a queen bed. Cozy loft has a queen, plus 2 twin beds. NO SOFA BED.

A wood burning fireplace, a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room. Guests will enjoy a well equipped kitchen, complete with newer appliances. Make your family a home-cooked meal, using our handy gadgets, pots and pans and serving ware.

The condo community is located in a park-like setting, abutting the Sierra Star Golf Course. The complex has tennis court and swimming pool as well as BBQ areas and picnic benches scattered throughout the wooded pines during the summer time. Unwind and soak in the year-round Jacuzzi, relax in the sauna, and have some fun playing pool or ping pong all right in the complex for you! It is truly an environment that invites you to enjoy all seasons!

Parking: Two parking spots at the complex parking lot. Condo is not right next to the parking lot. Convenient street parking is right in front of the condo during summer time (mid-April to mid-Nov) . No street parking during winter and/or when it's snowing, but OK to street parking for unload/load only.

Important Note about the condo location: Our condo located on the one of the busy streets in Mammoth Lakes. It's convenient to the town shops and free shuttles to the slops, but it also have some inconvenience and road noise. The parking lot is not directly next to the condo. Due to the snow buildup, the sidewalk will be closed during winter time. You will need to walk by the side of the street to get to the car in the complex parking lot. If it's snowing, the snow plower will plow the snow in the early morning passing through the street where the condo locates.

Plenty of room!

Plenty of room for our party of 2 (can easily sleep 6)! Warm heaters. Usable cookwear. Showerhead was placed a bit low. Even though it faces the street, it was quiet.

Center of Town but Faces the Street

Place was ok - on the older side and needs some TLC. Owner was easy to communicate with. I was disappointed that I did not know before I booked that this place sits right on the street side of the complex so the bedroom window faces the street. Our family enjoyed the jacuzzi each night but overall I was kind of disappointed.

I fish and hike so I'm rarely in the room but...

I fish and hike so I'm rarely in the room but coffee maker didn't work- wrong size decanter(I brought my own coffee maker) couches seem to be broken as you sink to the ground and bring your own axe as there is plenty of wood but nothing to cut the wood. Again if your an outdoorsman this place is ok.

We had a great time

The condition of the property was great. The check in/check out process was easy. The owner was quick and courteous when contacting us, or responding to a question we had. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with all the necessities. The only bummer was the unit wasn't accessible from any of the parking lots as the entrance faces the street. The only time this was an issue was when unloading and loading. Overall we were happy with our experience. Thanks!
