Very nice property. Lots to see and do locally.

Very nice property, close to City Place and The Kravitz Center for Performing Arts. Centrally located area for all types of entertainment and the beach is not to far away. I would highly recomend this property if you are visiting the West Palm Beach area.

Stay Away

We recently stayed in this condo unit over Christmas and New Year’s, we made this booking last Oct. On our arrival, we were met with property manager who advised us, “that he was just informed that the pool was under construction and will open shortly”. Upon our investigation we come to learn the pool was closed for over a month and it would not reopen until the end of January. No one likes to be lied to, so when I confronted him, he said he thought it would reopen by now. You would think that a competent property manager would be on top of things, checking every day as well as informing his guest in advance of their stay with an offer to refund. I asked for a small refund to compensate for this, even though we should have had an opportunity to cancel our booking, prior to coming. We were advised we would get a check upon our check out, then told the check is in the mail.

We were constantly entertained by one lie after another. We knew we would never be compensated, but the entertainment factor was priceless.

The Condo inside was very nice, although the bedroom had no doors, and there was no TV in the bedroom either, there was only one set of pillows. The road noise was unbearable and the location is in an industrial area, off the train tracks. DO NOT GO OUT ALONE at night by the train tracks. Looks like the wrong side of town. You will need to drive everywhere, City place and Clematis are way too far to walk, and likely unsafe at night given the ominous area behind the building.

Most reviews people should read reviews with a grain of salt, I can only assume any favorable reviews were written by the property manager given is many untruths. But you never know, I am sure some had nice experiences for a very short stay.

I suggest you call the edge, confirm the pool story, confirm that they only allow 30 day rentals or MORE. Ask them if they are dealing with the rental situation of less than 30 day rentals, and if you can be evicted during your stay if you rent for less than 30 days.

I would not leave a credit card number to hold any bookings,.

Owner's Response: Can't please someone who does not want to be pleased. I'm sorry. Nontheless, I will take the higher road of integrity and say that 99% of what's been said here is incorrect and very foolish. Here's the update:BRAND NEW SALT SYSTEM POOL is up and running. This particular guests was disgruntled from the beginning due to his personality. I dislike responding to negative feedback, yet it is apart of life and It's apparent I can't please everyone, yet one individual can't ruin our fun because he was having a bad day. I tried numerous time to help this guests and with no reciprocation, but absolute arrogance and not to mention he left the condo a mess. Good news is, everything had been repainted with refinished floors :) All is well! It's just a requirement to combat the negativity. Not sure what book he's reading, but it's provided him with the wrong information, I really wish I was able to buy him the correct book, but some people are set in there ways. Either way, I take pride in what I do and the reviews speak with themselves, not the other way around. Happy Travels :)

Luxury Experience!!!!!

This condo by far exceeded our expectations! In the past we have stayed at the Breakers, Ritz Carlton, and the Brazilian Court hotels. This was our first time booking through this site. The condo was extremely clean and gorgeous! It is fully upgraded and truly feels like royalty. The water views are stunning! The bed was so comfortable I want to take the mattress home with me. The pool on the 6th floor truly feels like a pool at a 5-star hotel. We enjoyed using the gym as well. As far as noise...we did not hear a thing!!!! The walls must be extremely thick. I cannot say enough about the owner Keenan. He was so accommodating, professional, and nice. He met us here to check in and made sure we had everything we needed. He stressed we can call him anytime. (We didn't have to because everything here was so perfect) I am an extremely (as my husband would describe me) picky person. I was Beyond impressed here:-)

Noisy but nice

Winter in upstate New York this past year was unbelievably cold. My wife and I had to get out of winter for a couple of weeks. We booked the condo for two weeks. The condo was wonderful, except for road noise. There is a six lane major roadway right below our balcony. It was difficult to enjoy the balcony for the noise. However, that being said, we were treated royally by the condo manager, Keenan White. If we had a question, he had an answer. The pool area on the sixth floor was our favorite spot. The weather was excellent. We had a wonderful time in West Palm Beach. There is much to do. The road noise is however a deal-breaker for a return stay.

Best Condo Ever!

This was hands down the best decision we made on our vacation. Keenan was great and met us when we arrived to walk us through the parking, condo amenities, etc. and was available if we had any questions.

The condo was very clean and had almost everything we needed (ladies, bring a hair dryer!). The condo balcony has amazing views of sunset and the pool area was well worth the money spent. I would highly recommend staying here over a hotel any day.

The location was perfect. You can easily walk to City Place (15 min) and it is super close to 95. I was sad to leave and would definitely stay here again.
