For a month in the islands, Conch Contempo is your dream home in the heart of Old Town just steps from the Historic Seaport and all the favorite attractions on Duval Street. This large private home has four bedrooms including two separate master suites, spacious living areas, a newly renovated kitchen, and a backyard pool area that is truly a luxurious oasis, fit for the most discerning guest.
**This home is available for lease by the month, in accordance with local ordinances strictly enforced by the City of Key West. The minimum lease is for 27 nights in February and for 29 nights during any other period.
THE PERFECT LOCATION…
If you ever decide to pull yourself away from this wonderful home, you’ll realize that Key West’s best restaurants, live entertainment and every other attraction are just a few minutes from your door. This is truly a home that will spoil you for other vacation homes. There is covered off-street parking off of a prime one-way Old Town street, plus plenty of space for bicycles and mopeds.
THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…
The kitchen and dining rooms are handsomely furnished, with a wall of glass doors providing a lovely view of your backyard oasis from both rooms. The living room has a large sofa and chairs for the group to gather, with a flat screen TV. The eat-in kitchen was recently renovated and you’ll find all of the tools and equipment you will need to create a gourmet meal. There is bar seating for a casual bite, and a full dining area just off the kitchen. The powder room is conveniently located in the hall.
THE PAVILION & POOL AREA…
The back yard is simply stunning, with gorgeous tropical landscaping and plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine and the shade in the Keys. There is a covered dining area on the lanai, as well as an upscale outdoor lounge area with an outdoor TV. The large BBQ grill is perfect for a poolside BBQ. The private pool area is an exotic retreat: the large heated pool is surrounded by chaise lounges and has a waterfall effect for the perfect touch.
All of the bedrooms of this upscale home are on the second floor. The first master suite has a King bed with an elegant canopy, a large flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second master suite is the perfect option for a self-sufficient guest or group of guests, with its own living area complete with TV and sofa/futon, small kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom with a Queen sized bed and balcony overlooking the street. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has two Twin beds that convert to a King bed upon request and a flat screen TV. The third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.

This is a beautiful home on, what the tour train driver called, Millionaire's Row in Old Town Key West. We could walk to Duval Street, Historic Seaport in less than 5 min, and the beach was only a 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride. There were so many great restaurants within a few blocks of the house. If you love cuban coffee we found a great place around the corner from the house called 5 Brother's as well as a fantastic little bakery called the Corner Bakery. (You must also check out Paseo for lunch which is also just a block or so away!)
The house itself was truly a tropical paradise. There was a large heated pool, with multiple lounge chairs around it as well as a hot tub which was wonderful in the evenings! The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed as was the rest of the home. Big fluffy white towels in the bathroom and even pool/beach towels were provided.
The wet bar upstairs was a nice treat as well! We enjoyed mornings relaxing in the rocking chairs on the upstairs front porch with our coffee most days.
The back deck was very large with a seating area and a huge teak table for meals outside.
This is a beautiful home that even has off street parking for two cars!

What a great house. Amazing pool and perfect location. Spacious, comfortable and family friendly. Close to great restaurants and art galleries, yet still quiet. We loved exploring the area by bike and on foot - the bakery close by is delicious. Our large family had a fabulous time and we can't wait to visit again next year!
This is a beautiful house in right in the centre of town, which we found a great location from which to explore the island. We were only a few minutes walk from Duval Street and surrounded by good restaurants, could not have asked for a better location.
The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable - we enjoyed many an afternoon relaxing by the pool in what is a very tropical garden, the back deck is a great place to hangout, eat and enjoy the weather.
Cannot recommend this place enough, a truly 5 star experience!
This beautiful home is perfectly placed within an easy walk of Duval Street, Mallory Square and the docks but far enough away from the crowds to relax at the Georgia heated pool and hot tub. The house easily sleeps 8 adults with still a large family room upstairs and large well furnished living room downstairs. A terrific kitchen and extra large deck allow great inside outside living and dinning. Loved popping into the bakery a block away for a coffee and breakfast treat. If your passion in the morning is Cuban coffee Five Brothers one block in the opposite direction satisfies the taste buds. You have to try Passeo and their Carribean corn or sandwiches. The best value lunch on the island generally shared with the local hens. The beaches are walkable from the house but we rented bicycles make them an easy 5-10 minute ride. Being an avid golfer the local course is a reasonable price and in good condition. Some interesting holes and can get pretty tough when the wind blows.
This is certainly a beautiful house in paradise and cannot wait to return
