The property was in a perfect location for everything we needed during our stay in Calgary! The owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. The house was well equipment and clean but the furniture was outdated and the home was cold and drafty when the programmable thermostat kept lowering the temperature. The toilet in the basement should be looked at by a plumber to ensure proper functionality.
Clean and cheerful house
We found the house very clean and comfortable. We walked back and forth between downtown, a healthy walk, but very beautiful as one approaches downtown from the bluff. We also used Uber, a very reasonable fare to downtown and the airport. The kitchen was well equipped. We found groceries and a liquor store within blocks. We experienced unusually warm weather. so no air-conditioning was a minor drawback, but we spent a lot of time on the deck in the backyard anyway. Overall we had a wonderful time. Thanks, Janice!

Great location and plenty of room!
This house is easily accessible from the highway. It's a 5 minute stroll to the bluff that has a great view of downtown. As well, a fast food A&W, and a liquor store are a 2 minute walk. The grocery store and mall are about a 5 minute drive. The Deerfoot highway is about 10 away. We easily found our way to the Science Centre and Zoo, which were about 10 minute drive. The Princes Island park is close by in a 10 minute drive. There is parking in the back off the alley.
The house itself was large and adequately furnished. The kitchen was stocked with most needs. The linens were newer. The basement had low ceilings with low bulkhead but we're a short family and didn't mind. The basement included a crib and highchair for those with younger children. Mostly we enjoyed the back deck, BBQ and small grassy area.
Janice checked in with us promptly and was very helpful with our needs. This is a great home for a large family or multiple families. We would stay here again.

Lots of amenities so we didn't have to worry about bringing much. Great b location.
We had a great experience. 12 people stayed in this house, lots of free parking. Close to grocery stores. The house had everything we needed and more.
