I am a Blood Bank Technician and my husband is a Machinists. We have 2 grown Daughters. We enjoy the coastline of Rhode Island very much. Very relaxing and sobering after a long work week.
Just a note this is not just a rental property but our second home. We have worked very hard to maintain the property and expect that a tenant would value our work and treat the property as if it were their own. Thank you for your inquiry.
The Owner purchased this house in 2013
Very comfortable, nice views, quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach, enjoy quaint downtown. Not commercial or touristy.
Privately owned, single family home, properly cared for. We take pride in our home and our neighborhood.
This beautiful home was so wonderful we found it difficult to leave to enjoy other areas of the island. The description of the property was exactly as it was. The house was well stocked and immaculate. This house did not feel like a rental. Everything was provided, and we didn't want to leave at the end of our visit, because it was so comfortable. Marlene and Matt were amazing hosts, welcoming us, and checking on us during the week. One big surprise was the beach within walking distance, which was good for swimming and picnicking. We enjoyed Beaver Tail, riding on the ferry, and dining in several excellent restaurants. We loved Simpatico, Slice of Heaven, and ice cream at Spinnaker. You will NOT be disappointed in this property.
Home owners Darlene and Matt could not be more hospitable. Property was picture perfect, amenities first class. Location is convenient to all site seeing as well as beaches. Kayaking and biking are first class. You can eat in or avail yourselves of great local restaurants both on the Island and in nearby Newport.
