This renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is a 2nd level condo with pool views from the balcony. Enjoy breakfast after a short walk at one of the villages' quite restaurants before heading out for some sun at the beach. Or if going out to eat is not your thing, visit the Farmer's Market every Sunday morning and enjoy your own home cooked meals. Hop down to the pool for a quick swim or walk to the pier for fishing any day as its 'Always Sunny in Florida'. The Siesta Key Public Beach is just minutes walking distance.
One month minimum stay required except for 1 week reservations accepted a maximum of 60 days in advance.

Ideal family vacations with vivid natural encounter
This condo is ideal for family vacation. The kitchen is not extravagant but yet very conveniently equipped for our need. The photos accurately represent the unit. The top mezzanine is even bigger than what the picture let you anticipate. It is an open floor where 4 persons can easily share the space and sleep. The master bedroom on the main floor of the unit is large.The unit is part of a condo community that like to preserve their tranquility. The community association has few rules around noise and access to pool/beach that we can easily adhere to. The community has coin operated laundry and dryer machine available for us to use.
You have access to 2 very nice piers. Fishermen will enjoy it. It is also a nice get together area for the community at the time of sunset enjoying a chat. In the middle of the piers, a small round enclave area give a convenient access to the ocean water for little kids. The landscape delimit a nice area for them to play. Right side of the piers, there are lots of parasols , table, long chairs to enjoy relaxing, tanning and watching the gulf coast. Left side of the piers you'll find a small private beach. The usage of the white sand of the private beach area is reserved to occupants of the first building of that community (for their belongings chairs towel etc). But all other buildings occupants of the community are allowed to go swim. You can leave your chairs and towels on left pier and enjoy swimming as the beach is conveniently attenant to it. The presence of fishes attract many aquatics birds. Egret, Ibis, Heron, Pelican etc. You can watch frequently dolphins passing by. And you can maybe get lucky enough that dolphins and manatee might visit more closely the private beach.
You can easily walk the friendly Siesta Key Village end to end. Small grocery, cafe, restaurants. The Siesta Key public beach is very long with nice white sand. There are multiples public beach access. Access #1 up to #4 are all within an average ~5 to 7 minutes walk.. Access #5 is locate at the end of the village ~20 minutes walking. Additional access are at a close drive. The main access is the central area where the beach has lifeguard monitor services all year round. The parking is free. And parking space was not an issue any time of day for the Christmas holidays period.
We enjoyed the alternance between the public beach activities and the different vivid natural experiences offer by the waterfront of this condo property.
We had not stayed on Siesta Key before and were surprised at how spacious the condo was and how close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for the laid back atmosphere and quiet beaches.
Enjoyed the condo and the excellent location.
The condo is well suited for 4-6 people. We will be enjoying our 3rd visit in 2018. We love the location and walking distance to beach, restaurants, private pier with dophins. And we can bring our pet. The sliding door in the kitchen is missing a screen as is one of the LR sliding doors. I have informed the owner. The downstairs BR could use another dresser for 2 people. We enjoy the opportunity to access the baseball in Sarasota as well. Would recommend this site for all ages. Canadian Snowbirds.
We stayed for family vacation, within walking distance to the strip where all restaurants are. We did drive to the beach, but there is a trolly that will bring you as well. The condo had pretty much everything you would need. The only downside I would say is that it is right by the road so you can hear the cars going by all the time.
Thank you for your review and I hope you had a wonderful time. The road is about 100 feet away from our condo which is definitely not "right by the road". Pine trees along the road are also blocking any noise. If the sliding doors are closed than no noise is coming through.
Great vacation, equipped with everything we needed. The location is close to all of the restaurants
Close to area restaurants, shops. The beaches are beautiful, great for walking. Condo was clean and comfortable.
Beautiful beach less than one mile away, accessible by car (plenty of parking space on public beach)
Little outdated, few fixes needed but decent. We felt it is too close to a busy road-a little too noisy. Pool was closed and full of fallen leaves most of the time.
The big 7 mile long Siesta Key Public Beach parking is about a mile away, however that Public Beach actually starting within about 0.5 mile. Furthermore, the private Gulf Beach is about 50 yards away.
The previous guest may have caused damages that will be fixed as improvements. The condo has been renovated last year.
If one closes the glass doors of the condo than there is no noise can be heard from outside.
The pool closes very rarely. It must have been due to the previous week of hurricane and I am sure the fallen leaves were cleaned within days.
