The main living area includes comfy couches, a large wall mounted HDTV and access to an oceanfront deck for sunbathing. Set up your laptop and enjoy the free Wi-Fi. Or step outside to the dune walkover and enjoy the beach. The big kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances large and small. Great house, RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

This spacious house comfortably slept 7 of us (quoted as sleeping 8). plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms so no rushing around in the AM. open living area kept everyone well connected. Washer / Dryer is convenient for extended stays.

Very affordable to be RIGHT ON THE BEACH.

Easy access to downtown Fernandina Beach, shopping, eating, etc. 3 miles to the marina where we were able to get top notch charter fishing from Scott Thompson / Pipe Dream Charters.

Owners accept pets and the level access from both front & back made it easy for our elderly labs.

Would absolutely stay here when back on Amelia Island

Love the beach view

This was a great property for my group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for us. We were able to enjoy the patio as well as the beach access. I particularly loved the balcony off the master suite! We loved being right on the ocean.

Nice townhome on the beach with limited parking

Nice house right on the beach. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles (can squeeze in 3 if the people in the unit next door only have 1-2 cars). On a busy street so backing out of the driveway is a little iffy due to limited visibility. We did have a large amount of ants inside the house for the first 2 days, but I understand this is a part of Florida life. I killed most of them and didn't have a problem. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job. There were dead bugs and dust and other stuff on the floors that the cleaning people should have picked up before we arrived. Other than that, house is very nice. Wifi worked great. Plenty of TV channels. Easy access to beach and good restaurants. Located in a great area, not too touristy. Would stay here again.

Owner's Response: We thank the guests for their stay and taking the time to share their comments. Please note that the insect problem was precipitated by an in-ground pool construction next door, the property was exterminated, and is on regular treatment. It appears the treatment is working in light of the dead bugs noted in the review. The cleaning staff noticed bugs and cleaned up what they could at the time, however, if even if a few hours transpire since the maids clean, the unit there could be more Infiltration , a phone call from the guest could have rectify the situation within a couple of hours with our cleaning crew, thank you

Great place

The townhouse is enormous and well appointed--comfortable and attractive. Fully equipped kitchen was so convenient. We only needed one bedroom, but there are three bedrooms and three baths, which makes it ideal for larger groups. Highly recommended.

A good time at the beach

We were very happy with the house. Everything was exactly as stated The kitchen was well equipped, lots of towels, pillows for anybody taste(even bamboo pillow!) and very clean.

Stores at proximity, 10 minutes from downtown.. Parks for kids to play

We had problems with the Wi-fi but they send someone to fix it right away.

We will definitely come back.
