had problem when we first arrived. House was 100 inside, problem with air conditioner. Within 10 minutes of reporting problem Kim came to the rescue. Next day when we arrived back from Parks and house was 87 degrees . Once again Kim to the rescue. Come to find out the ac unit had a problem and was repaired and I frozen the rest of the stay. My husband loves a cold house. We have Verizon and had some problems with cell phone reception. There were 5 of us staying at house and had problem with hot water. My Grandson son loved the pool. The hot tub is not a hot tub, just get bubbles. The neighborhood is very quiet. Kim and her husband are great to work with. These guys are quick to solve any problems. House was very clean!
