I am a local and will praise this location over and over!! Being in the city nearly 30 years, I wouldn't live anywhere else! I can walk to Pike Place market, get my morning coffee from the VERY FIRST STARBUCKS within blocks... Grab fresh produce, seafood, the most delicious and fresh cheeses and pastries....Mmmmm, you are not going to want to leave!

Shopping? You can go to Westlake - Within .5 miles of our building, another first... Flagship store (Nordstrom) and every other retail chain you can imagine in a fun indoor/outdoor city center area. Just make sure you window shop along 1st Ave on your way and do not be surprised if you get side tracked with the local designers and boutiques!! (1st Ave is 1 block East of us!)

Along with each unique boutique comes an eaterie, whether fancy or casual - Seattle is truly a melting pot due to our Port city location and you can taste it!! From Bosnian, Middle Eastern, Thai, Indian... You imagine it, chances are you'll find it!

Back to your building... Impressive lobby entrance area with complimentary Mac Stations for use, morning coffee/tea available, garage parking is available with unlimited ins/outs for $35/night directly across the street! 24 hour fitness center - GREAT!! All cardio has cable TV, wifi, etc. Free weights, pretty much a little of everything! Rooftop deck?! Yes please! (However, your patio has a pretty darn good view) check out the rooftop, lounge - top floor (one floor above you) with gas fire pits and BBQ for use until midnight!

Beautiful property

We had an amazing weekend. The condo set the perfect weekend up with its amazing views. Very romantic and well worth the price. Janelle was attentive and very helpful. Everything is within walking distance and we didn't use our car once. We will be back!

The View! The View! The View!

This is a beautiful apartment and you'd thoroughly enjoy your visit to Seattle if you did nothing but sit and watch the ferries go in and out. But why do that when in five minutes you can be in Pike's Market, or in ten minutes at the Space Needle. We walked everywhere and when our legs started giving out we were happy to come 'home' and enjoy the view. To be fair, I will mention that there is traffic noise. It didn't bother me at all but if someone is very sensitive to noise this might not work out as well. The kitchen is fully functional with working utensils, spices, etc. The apartment is very clean, there is a nice washer/dryer and the bed is luxurious. The building is modern and seems very secure and the neighborhood is good. I would come back in a heart beat.

Great views. Clean and modern.

Better than the pictures. Nice apt in a nice bldg in a good location. Clean and modern. Nice balcony and the rooftop patio with gas fireplace was wonderful. Easy walk to waterfront, Pike Place Market, and even the Space Needle (with great local restaurants along the way). And yes, when we woke up there was a cruise ship outside our window!

Beautiful rental in the heart of Seattle.

This property has an amazing location in the heart of Belltown which, in my opinion, is the best borough of Seattle. The view of the Puget Sound from the balcony and bedroom window is awesome. The neighborhood has many restaurants and retail stores within a 5-10 minute walk. Pike Place Market is only three blocks away. As is the waterfront and Wheel. Seattle has a fabulous food and drink culture and this property is right in the middle of it all. Highly Recommend!

Great location

Very nice place in a great location. The only neutral comment I have is without any air conditioning it gets pretty hot in the afternoon because of all the windows that provide such a great view. There is an portable evaporative cooler in the apartment but it can not keep up with the heat from the sun. Also for it to work properly you have to put water into it and there is really nothing to do that with except the tea pot. One other thing is the initial access getting into the building requires punching in an access code into a keypad. The instruction are a little vague about this because there are two keypads there and I couldn't get either to work with the code I had. I got in because someone inside saw I was having a problem and they let me in. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

Owner's Response: We understand that the condo can start to warm up when the sun shines through, so we recommend closing all of the blinds and turning the portable AC on early in the morning. There is actually a container underneath the sink that makes refilling the water a breeze! We have been notified by the property manager that the keypad is experiencing issues and they are working on resolving. Overall, we're glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and your stay with us! great location in downtown Seattle! great views of the Sound!

We arrived and everything was just as described. We could spend a lot of time watching the Sound or walk the neighborhood. We were very close to Pike Market. The cruise ships stop right in view. Busy downtown so expect to use earplugs at night.
