Great location. Nice basic home without a lot of frills.

Location was very good. Close to University, Foothills hospital and downtown.

Our stay was approx. 12 days so would have liked the kitchen to be better equipped for basic meals. Home was very clean on check in and instructions for check out were very clear. Bedrooms are a nice size with good closet space. A few more hangers would have been nice but that is a small detail.

Owner was great to deal with and any concerns we had were dealt with very quickly.

The area is an older one but found it very nice for walking. Close to Nosehill park which has great walking trails.

Excellence Location - wonderful hostess

Our group of athletes stayed in Janice's house for BMX competition. Janice was very accommodating and was extremely helpful with are inquires. We will definitely stay again if given the opportunity to go back to Calgary.

Convenient location & Well Kept property

The location is perfect for our needs with amenities and transports closed by. The house was neat and tidy , and equipped with essential items to make a stay comfortable. Impressed by how fast the owner delivered a few items we needed; good efficient service. We did not use the outdoor patio but would be nice if it was dressed up a bit more and had a portable BBQ stove. Overall, my guests found this rental property very comfortable and enjoyed their week long stay very much. Thank you for sharing your property.

Perfect Calgary Rental

The property was clean and neat. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. Loved having the laundry facility as well. Would recommend adding a barbeque to the property. That was the only "wish list" item we could have wanted. The owner responded VERY quickly when I had a question at the property and that was very much appreciated.
