Within a 10-minute drive to Marina Beach and 15 minutes to Palm Jumeirah. My studio apartment is close to Marina Mall, just 8 minutes on foot, where you can browse designer goods, shop for all daily essentials and enjoy a wide selection of dining options. The building where my studio is nestled sits right on Marina Walk, a perfect spot where you can enjoy having a morning run or afternoon stroll, explore the city via Careem scooter or bike, and enjoy the Marina breeze.

The studio is well-appointed, stylish and fully furnished with luxurious amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals and where you can also find a washing machine to help freshen up your clothes conveniently. A king-size bed for you to relax and snuggle while streaming all your favourite shows on the TV, and a small dining table for two. Outside, the small private balcony has two longue chairs for you to recline and people-watch.

The bathroom has everything you'll need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries provided at no extra cost.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
