The apartment is located on the 29th floor via a lift. There's no parking.

The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with two queen-sized sofa beds, a 75” TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the skyline view.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The master bedroom's bed is 200x200 and boasts a Tempur mattress. The bedroom also has a 55" TV. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (200x180). Both bedrooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the temperature-controlled outdoor pool, gym, poolside BBQ Area, multisport court, kids play area and indoor and outdoor games.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Downtown Dubai is the city's busy tourism hub, home to the towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows. The sprawling Dubai Mall offers global fashion brands and casual eateries, while Emaar Boulevard has a chic cafe scene. The Dubai Opera hosts dance, opera and musicals in a striking dhow-shaped building.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest bus station, Dubai Mall, is just a 15-minute walk.

Burj Khalifa is 8 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
