The Safari cabin is the place to start your adventure. The front porch has a few short steps in elevation but once your up, looking out at the trees you get the feeling of nature and woods all around you. The GIANT Jacuzzi tub for two is on one side of the bedroom and the king size bed is on the other. The living room and full kitchen are open. There is a separate bathroom with shower. You have an 8x30 covered deck on the front to sit and enjoy the quiet of the country side. Horseback riding is available to you here at the ranch as well as canoeing on the beautiful Kings River. Come enjoy our little piece of heaven just 15 minutes from town.
The cabin is very nice, clean, and cozy. We loved the location of the property, and the hill that the cabin sits on. It was a quite setting, and perfect for sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee, and at night watching the lightening bugs in the trees. We enjoyed our 5 day stay!
We had booked the Safari cabin but we were switched to the Cowboy cabin. Not a problem at all! Nicely furnished and clean. 4.5 miles out if Eureka. Easy drive. Loved our stay. Will stay again on our next trip to Eureka.
Very clean! Loved the owner, she also has a ranch. I highly recommend giving her a call before you go to book a horseback ride, the view was so awesome on the trail. We stayed in the Cowboy Cabin, very clean made me happy as I am a bit of a germ-a-phobe. Online you can only book for two in cabin, but she allowed my husband and I to bring our son along to he brought a sleeping bag and slept on the couch. Cabins are located on a little winding road and everyday we spotted deer on our way to town, a lot of fun. Enjoyed sitting on the porch at night listening to critters and bugs. Cabin had a grill we used it to grill trout we caught after fishing on a tour with Ryan. Can not say enough good things about the property or Gerald Lynn the owner. The only bad part was the trip coming to an end. We will definitely visit again.
We really enjoyed this cabin. The owners were friendly, answered all of my questions along the way, and gave us much better directions than the online maps! The cabin was clean, and we loved the quiet hillside it's located on. It's close to town, but far enough away to feel like you've really gotten away! The only bad thing was that the mattress seemed pretty worn out. I'm a light sleeper and had some trouble getting comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
The country side is wonderful any time of the year. At the right time you can see eagles, deer, and rabbits if your looking.
