The apartment is immaculate, light, bright and tranquil with a designer décor, brand new kitchen, gorgeous views of wooded canyons and a beautiful courtyard and all the comforts one could wish for in a home away from home. You will definitely feel like a resident rather than a visitor in this lovely home.
I had a great stay at Aaron's place in Bankers Hill in San Diego. My flight arrived late and Aaron was very accommodating to help me check in late. The apartment was clean and well equipped. There is even a blender and an expresso machine! Lots of light flows in from the window overlooking the canyon. The neighborhood is quiet, but both downtown and uptown are only one mile walks away (15-20min). I could not have been happier for the month I stayed.
We have stayed here twice. It is perfect for the two of us. Close to Balboa Park and zoo. Quiet neighborhood. Aaron is great to work with.
I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. I ended up staying at Aaron's Unit F Studio apartment at the same address which was a little bit more expensive but has a regular bed instead of the murphy bed , has a full kitchen, and a wonderful balcony. Although it was a studio, the apartment felt very spacious, the kitchen had two french doors opening to a large balcony that felt like it doubled the space. I was there for a 4 month stay and it have everything I needed. The neighbors were all very pleasant and quite. Aaron was very responsive to all of my needs throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment for a long or short stay.
Aaron accommodated all of my needs during the booking process and check-in. After my stay, he asked for anything that could be improved. The rental was true to the listing, and was a great home away from home for me and my boyfriend. I would recommend it to those looking to stay in San Digeo! It was very cozy and had everything I needed.
The apartment was great for two people and the location was the best. We were able to walk to Balboa Park, Little Italy, the harbor, and Hillcrest. The property was clean and everything was advertised.
I absolutely loved this charming space. It has all the amenities of home and a most comfortable bed! I also felt perfectly safe.
The location is ideal for walking to Hillcrest or Mission Hills. Shopping and dining in the areas are superb.
I would definitely rent this little gem again.
