With a balcony overlooking the lanai and heated pool, this 3-bedroom townhouse is within strolling distance of the island’s best beaches, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Vaulted ceilings, an open multilevel floor plan, and breezy beach décor contribute to the space’s fresh, serene feel.

Upon entry, immediately ascend to the home's main (second) floor. In the master bedroom, located on this main floor, you will find a king-sized bed with quality Egyptian cotton linens. A full bath with a new vanity is conveniently situated next to the master bedroom.

Also on the main floor, the kitchen is equipped with modern cabinets, granite countertops with a sleek tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six and opens up to the great room. This spacious living area features sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony and 20-foot ceilings with fans. The flatscreen TV has cable channels and it faces two comfortable leather couches. A Queen sized air mattress can be found in the master bedroom closet.

A washer and a dryer are located on the first floor in the utility closet outside of the bathroom. Also, tucked away under the stairs, is an office nook with a desk. WiFi is available throughout the home.

Stairs lead up to the top floor, where there are two more well-appointed rooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds. Between the rooms is the freshly painted full bathroom with new vanity.

This beach house is located along a quiet, meandering street dotted with palm trees, and is just two blocks from the white sands of Siesta Key’s Beach Access #7. With attractions within easy walking distance and the local airport an affordable cab drive away, car rental is not necessary, although convenient driveway parking is offered. A paved walk borders the driveway and leads to the home’s private entrance, as well as the entrance to the adjoining unit. Continue following the path to access the secluded, SHARED lounge area and pool (heated November to May).

The distinctive combination of gracious, open living space and private rooming makes this home ideal for both families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

This home has it all. Great location, 5 minutes to the beach and under 5 minutes to the village.Very modern, spacious and updated with everything you need. Heated pool and patio area was awesome after a day on the golf course or at a spring training baseball game. When in Siesta Key this would be my location of choice.

Great Stay...

Really enjoyed our visit. Accommodation was ideally situated to shops, bars and restaurants with adequate parking. Booking process was easy and we had great communication with Leah who ensured all our needs were met. Would not hesitate to book again.

Nice Home Away from Home

I recently stayed at this property during a family vacation with my husband, preschool-age son, and in-laws. The set-up provided ample space for us to have our own rooms, and my husband son and I were able to have the top floor to ourselves. On a vacation like this, it really is nice to have the separate bathrooms.

The furniture was comfortable, and all the basic necessities were provided. The only "wishlist" item I'd say would be perhaps a blender in the kitchen. Overall, the condo was clean and well-maintained. Though, housekeeping could do a better job dusting/sweeping behind furniture. There were some tiny bugs in the kitchen (spiders or ants, I'm not sure), so we made sure to keep our food closed up. However, in Florida, that is bound to happen. I'm really nervous about bugs, and it certainly wasn't enough to freak me out.

We had a little wi-fi trouble when we first arrived, and one morning the power went out (due to a transformer, down the road - not the owner's fault at all), and when we contact Leah she was extremely responsive and helpful. I really appreciated her quick responses and her concern.

This condo comes equipped with a nice variety of pool and beach toys, as well as chairs, cooler, and an umbrella. Unfortunately, previous guests were not very good about how they put these things away. The wagon and pails were filled with water from recent rain, which meant they were also filled with mosquito larvae. And the pool toy area was a bit of a mess as well. These are absolutely not reasons not to stay, nor are they the fault of the owner. I mentioned them just so that future guests can be aware of how they leave things. Rinsing off the toys and storing them upside down to avoid water build up will go a long way to make sure the property stays nice for everyone to enjoy!

The extra beach towels were great to have. This way we didn't have to pack as many or worry about doing laundry after each beach trip. The location was wonderful. Beachfront property on the key is hard to come by at an affordable price, but with the proximity to Access 7, it was necessary. My 3-year-old easily walked with us to the beach and into town with no complaints. This was my 5th trip to Siesta Key and it was awesome not to have to hunt down parking spots in the village!

Overall, it was a great home away from home. We would definitely recommend and would stay again!
