Facing a stretch of Siesta Key’s Grand Canal, this 3-bedroom home is within strolling distance of the island’s best beaches, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Vaulted ceilings, an open multilevel floor plan, and breezy beach décor contribute to the space’s fresh, serene feel.

Upon entry, immediately ascend to the main (second) floor. In the master bedroom, located on this main floor, you will find a king-sized bed with quality Egyptian cotton linens. A full bath with a new vanity is conveniently situated next to the master room.

Also on the main floor, the kitchen is equipped with modern cabinets, granite countertops with a sleek tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six and opens up to the great room. This spacious living area features sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony and 20-foot ceilings with new fans. The flatscreen TV has cable channels and it faces two comfortable couches. A Queen sized air mattress can be found in the master bedroom closet.

Stairs lead up to the top floor, where there are two more well-appointed rooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds. Between the rooms is the freshly painted full bathroom with new vanity.

This beach house is located along a quiet, meandering street dotted with palm trees, and is just two blocks from the white sands of Siesta Key’s Beach Access #7. With attractions within easy walking distance and the local airport an affordable cab drive away, car rental is not necessary, although convenient driveway parking is offered. A paved walk borders the driveway and leads to the home’s private entrance, as well as the entrance to the adjoining unit. Continue following the path to access the secluded, SHARED lounge area and pool (water heated from November to May).

Additional amenities include WiFi throughout the house and a washer and dryer.

The distinctive combination of gracious, open living space and private rooming makes this home ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

                                                            Went here on Spring Break with 3 moms and 3 daughters. Location was perfect distance to beach and village area (restaurants, shops, church) - 5 minutes.

                                                            Kitchen fully stocked with accessories needed. Beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys were provided. Pool was clean and just the right size. Picnic table and gas grill were also nice to be able to cook and eat outdoors by the pool.

                                                            Unit was nicely decorated and comfy.

                                                            We did have a small problem with ants by kitchen sink, but it was taken care of right away by property owner by sending out an exterminator.

                                                            Overall a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend.

                                                            Everything was exceptional except the pool which never ran and was stagnant...very cloudy and dirty so unable to use it. Otherwise a lovely home!

                                                            We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for us ( myself, husband, teenaged son and his two friends. We loved being within a short walk to the beach and the village. The pool area was also nice to have. The house is well-equipped and nicely finished. Highly recommend this house for a beach vacation.

                                                            The house was bigger than expected. Everything we needed was there in the kitchen, for the beach and the pool area is GREAT!

                                                            A suggestion: For our stay we would have prefer a double bed and a twin bed in the 3rd room instead of 2 twin bed but it was fine at the end.
